Phenomenal Customer Service! I've been to several dealerships and you truly get outstanding service with Granite Run Buick GMC. Steve the Service Advisor is extremely knowledgeable and will direct and answer any questions you may have. Have to also say whenever calling within a few rings my call is answered with the most welcoming greeter on the other end Arleen- who is so friendly and gets you directly to the person that will answer your questions!

I came in for a GM warranty on an emissions recall, the techs were able to complete the covered repairs faster than expected and communicated greatly. My only thing is, is they gave a courtesy vehicle inspection, saw washer fluid was low on the dash, marked it as GOOD, yet didn’t top it off? I was in for a mistake that GM made. The least we could do is fill up the reservoir, I mean you must get washer fluid at wholesale cost I’d imagine? Also inspection indicated LF pads were low? I’ll take a look but why sell a certified preowned vehicle that needs pads only 7k miles off the lot? Not being a Karen but if you want repeat customers small things as such matter. My husband and I worked with Jimmy and Dave. When we went 2 weeks ago to just look at cars, both of them were so kind. They both understood and respected us when we said we were just there to look at a car. We ended up coming back to actually trade in and buy a new car. Jimmy and Dave were so awesome to work with. We didn't feel pressured into anything and were able to have a nice and easy negotiation process. We loved the blunt and real conversation around financing so it was a no brainer to work with them, at both visits! Jimmy went above and beyond to even help us get connected to our new car and go over allllll the new car questions. We went to quite a few dealerships and felt the most comfortable, respectful and confident with everything only at this dealership and interacting with Jimmy and Dave. We would highly recommend and will be coming back when needing another car for sure!

Brought my Yukon in for a routine oil change several months ago and since then my car has been making noises. I was recommended to have a driveline service which I agreed to and since then my car has not been the same. I feel like I am not being taken serious at this pint. I have been so patient bringing my car back several times and the noise is still there. I have called and requested to speak with the service manager several times but he is always in meetings. All I want is my car to be in the same condition that it was months ago before this driveline service which I paid a lot of money for. I called and opened up a case with GMC company so I hope at this point they can help me resolve this big problem. Service advisors and receptionists are great at this location so I will give then credit for that.

Unbeknownst to the team, this is my first time buying a car, and the bar has been set super high. My sales guys Patrick was relatable, honest, and straight forward. Dave kept the energy, finishing the paperwork was Michelle was so easy, especially being patient with my indecisive self. I'm quite happy with my purchase and definitely recommend them. Hoping in the future they have more vehicles myself or my family and friends want. Thanks for a great experience

I can honestly say that The gentleman by the name of Delco Dave great energy great energy. He made my experience there even though it was a long process he made me feel welcome as well as the manager John , What I Dislike about the dealership salesman now is that they don’t spend the time that they used to wish you to go over the car and the features last time I purchased a car was 14 years ago and technology has changed And evolved so I’m not as tech savvy and feel I have to go on YouTube or TikTok to find out what my new truck does and all the features other than that the dealership was great and will come back and send my friends and family this way
