Housekeeping Manager and team leader needs to be replaced. I met 2 young ladies and there fantastic M & V that's all I hear the residents talk about is there cleaning my parents love them.

Parents are residents there. The staff are polite and attentive. The facility stays clean and there are a number of activities for the residents to join in as they wish.

Very welcoming and professional. I came to drop off an order. The guard directed me to the main entrance, where the receptionist promptly waited on me and directed me to the right area of the estate. Doing that time I was able to get a glimpse of what this place has to offer.. who knows maybe one day I may tour it for my love ones!

Let me just say I'm not a fan of a place that is assisted living. The price is definitely not worth the amenities. With that said, the units that are apartment flats are very nice It basically seems that they took 2 or 3 apartments and made a 2 bedroom (or 1 bedroom with den) out of it. You can upgrade your place but remember it really isn't your place. If you go into the assisted living section they sell your place for a 200k+ fee and you don't get any of that. For 1 meal a day there you're looking about 3k/mo. The units have full kitchens and like my parents place it nicely appointed. You can eat in the dining room which i would prefer so you can take a bottle of wine with you, or eat in the cafe. Either way the food is not that good at all, very bland and typically overcooked/overheated . This is part of the ACTS community of properties. They exist up and down the east coast. I think i read that you can actually (work dinner planning) go to another ACTS community for a period of time and as a getaway. Not sure about that.

Before leaving good reviews for this organization, I suggest people take a look at their Covid-19 deaths. Unprofessional treatment of both employees and residents. Constantly understaffed, even before the virus.I suspect that GFE will wind up paying out a lot of money to families that were impacted by this mistreatment.
