The young lady, Kate, in the drive-through was described as very pleasant and helpful, explaining the customer's medication and the reasons for the difficulties in obtaining it at another CVS. The customer was grateful for Kate's excellent service, which was a much better experience than at the Brookhaven CVS location. Another customer noted the great stock and pleasant staff in both the pharmacy and retail side of the store, though wished their prescriptions were refilled on time.
Didn’t have med is stock sent me to another location and that location said can’t fill such without a script send directly to them .. it so crazy as I had asked about that before leaving the one in media they said no problem just give u name dob etc … not

I have no choice but to use CVS because of our flawed medical system. This store is by far, the worst I’ve dealt with… I feel bad for the store staff. Lost prescriptions, no supply, really poorly managed.
