They pulled a total bait and switch and when asked for my diamonds back I was told that wasn't possible for another week! Will be reporting them to the BBB and lucky I didn't file a police report for stolen property. Stay away and save your time and money

If possible, I would rate then below zero due to unprofessionalism, shady business practice that involved a bait and switch... the final cost for the ring was 116% above the estimate. This is the very definition of bait and switch, which is a criminal offense. When talking to the store about this, they immediately said, "When do you want to pick up the stones?" They were not willing to listen to my concerns. I will never, ever return to this sham of a business!

This store practices bait and switch with a final cost 116% above the estimate, which I was told was an accurate estimate. Very poor business practices

Talk about a bait and switch....brought them 5 diamonds to create a ring and was given an estimate which we settled on. A week later I get a call saying the price is actually 116% HIGHER than the estimate! When I said I would take my business elsewhere they said the stones were in a vault at the designers and they didn't have access to them for a WEEK. Many illegal practices here, stay far far far away. Here's hoping they give me my actual diamonds back and not fakes! That's how little you should trust these people. Take your business somewhere else and give your money to an honest business.

I was quoted 40.00$ to put on screw back posts to a pair of 1/4 carrot Diamond earrings! When I came back to pick them up the price was $120.00????? That is What I call gouging!

They did an excellent job at reducing the width of my wedding band from 6mm to 3mm. Couldn't be more pleased with their service and attention to detail.
