I have called several of the branches all day every 15 minutes for like 4 hours no one ever answers the phones just keep getting the same recording at every branch I call . I just need to ask a question to find out what I need to do .

I’ve been banking with chase for years, since moving to PA I haven’t had the opportunity to go to an establishment. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL very kind and welcoming. My withdrawal went extremely quickly and efficiently, even making sure If I had a bill preference.And silly as it seems noticing little details that make peoples days like a “Happy early Birthday “ is a prime reason of why I LOVE chase banks

Accused of trying to deposit a fake check despite the fact that I am a notary and had constantly deposited checks from various clients. Lady was rude, closed my account shortly after.

I had a very pleasant experience with this branch. Everyone was kind and ready to lend a helping hand. I was assisted by Ihor Z, he was helpful, detailed, patient and kind. I moved to PA a month ago and I checked 3 things off my to do list in one visit (less than 30 mins). It would not have been possible without his help. I am beyond grateful I decided to stop in, I left with an introduction on credit and banking and confidence to move forward with my journey.

I went to open a personal account today; Mike Pinto a relationship officer provided my 2 forms of ids as I was asked (A valid Us Drivers license A debit card from my current bank). Provided my social security number. Then I was asked if I was a us citizen; I am a permanent resident (greecard) I replied and I was asked to go home and bring my passport /green card.If you are an immigrant you will know those documents are very important to us so we do not walk around with them every where.My sister recommended Chase(she’s an American) but I do not understand why wells Fargo opened a bank account for me 9 years ago when I didn’t even have a social security number nor a us driver’s license but Chase sent me away with all the above documentation I provided.Well I know your name may be “ Chase” but I don’t chase.

My wife went to this location today to complete account set up of our joint account. They told me when I set it up that she just needed to pop in and show her ID. She went in the branch at 1235pm and was greeted by a helpful young woman who asked her to have a seat. About 7-10mins later a young man approached her and asked if she could come back on Monday(holiday) because this takes about 20mins, when she reminded him that it was a holiday he said how about another day, and she let him know that she works during the branch hours. He then asked her to confirm her work schedule… how unprofessional and rude. He again said that they wouldn't have time today as they closed at 1pm.New member trying to finish their account set up and this is the customer service? aggravation to drive to the only nearby branch and have to come back. Not a great look and left a bad taste.

This review endorses the bank and staff itself, not necessarily Chase as a company. The staff here are VERY helpful and are literally standing around waiting to help when I walk in. It's a very clean building and offers an ATM machine drive through and indoor ATM machines, too. They do no-fee currency exchange.
