Meijiao Jiang was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly location. Everyone is always pleasant. The moronic negative review from Christine should be removed as she clearly is ignorant of the law requiring proof of ID when making certain payments to credit cards that have been in place since the Patriot Act.

This review endorses the bank and staff itself, not necessarily Chase as a company. The staff here are VERY helpful and are literally standing around waiting to help when I walk in. It's a very clean building and offers an ATM machine drive through and indoor ATM machines, too. They do no-fee currency exchange.
