“Enterprise in Wayne offers good service with efficient operations. When a problem arose with the car, they quickly provided a replacement, minimizing any inconvenience. The service is notably prompt, with minimal waiting required at either end. However, it’s worth noting that they did not have car seats available, which could be a drawback for families needing them. Overall, the experience is positive with responsive customer service.”

“No issues with the company, just not a car guy..especially small ones. Tolerated a Nissan Versa for two weeks while my Jeep was being repaired. Front driver tire had air leak and refilled three times in two weeks. I'd use them again if I have to, hopefully I won't need to.”

“The entire experience was great. I received a call the day before my pickup to confirm I was still coming. That made me feel more comfortable that I would have a car there when I arrived.
Pickup and drop off each took about 5 minutes. So easy, efficient and very transparent. Excellent customer service.
No problem with the rental car. It was fairly new with 9k miles. I don't recall if tolls were discussed before I left since I had our my EZpass to use for the toll roads. However, I failed to hold it up on time for one of the tolls. I informed them when checking out and they said I'll be billed later. I'm assuming there might be an added fee. If there is a chance you might travel on toll roads, it would be good to know their policy.
Note: you have to pick up your car during their office hours, but you can drop off when they are closed and leave the keys in a drop box. I dropped it off during hours but it's nice to know this option.
Highly recommend this Prospect Park rental office.”
“The team at Bargain Rental, especially Mark, were very helpful, prompt, and clear regarding details, costs, etc. They are conveniently located and it’s nice to support a local business. Unlike other rental agencies I contacted for a passenger van, Bargain responded promptly with clear requirements. They are also fairly priced and offer quality vehicles. I felt safe; because, he wore a mask, had hand sanitizer available, and the car was clean. “I could NOT be happier w/ my experience! Found out late Sunday (Christmas) that my car wouldn't be available for a trip down south the next day. Jumped on Priceline and found an amazing rental offer from this company; reserved a car, paid and went down Monday morning to pick up rental car. Sue greeted me the minute I walked in (and considering it was the day after Christmas it was a welcome surprise to see a friendly face). The transaction was so quick, I was barely there for 15 mins; from the minute I walked in, Sue asked for the car to be brought around, she had all the forms ready, swiped my card and off we went! Car couldn't be cleaner, newer or nicer - truly appreciated the fact that the car was reliable and I didn't have to worry about my trip. Thankfully the return of the car was just as good! Returned mid-afternoon on New Year's day and Wanda (I think that was her name) was just as kind and pleasant as Sue! I can't WAIT to go on another trip and use Payless!”

“Had a great experience at this location. Cedric called early in the day to let me know that my reservation for a 15-passrnger van couldn't be fulfilled due to a recall. He offered to rent us two minivans for the same price and allowed us to pick up two hours early.
When we arrived, we were helped by an older black lady (forgive me for not getting her name) who was already aware of the situation. She was patient and informative and got us sent on our way promptly.
Judging by the other reviews. The customer experience at this location is inconsistent. But we had a great experience.”
