“I very rarely do reviews. I just wanted to share my experience with Ebony, branch manager. I went in to close a loved ones account. It’s been a long time coming and I was reluctant for a few years. She didn’t just do the generic “im sorry for your loss” she asked me about the deceased, she asked about my family and actually engaged in conversation; she was absolutely so welcoming and empathetic all while making phone calls to get this process done for me. She made such a stressful task so easy for me and I can see why she is the manager. Wonderful personality. Thank you Ebony. The entire staff was lovely! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
