Nice store but my food card provided by my Medicare Advantage healthcare insurance company stopped working. Acme provides no explanation. It still works everywhere else. I checked with my plan provider and they had no record of Acme even trying to let me use it.

I came in this morning. I have been wanting a Lobster tail but I'm Early and they don't open till 8am but,I actually got the nice lady to give me a 8oz.Tail so Happy. I'll be back in Friday to get another. Love you Guys 💘

Decent store. Kind of disappointed in the produce as quite a bit looked bad to the point that I wouldn't consider it.

Wow! Acme Bakery at Granite Run did an amazing job this weekend fulfilling my cake order for our 4 year olds birthday. They did such a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier! The baker who took my order was detailed and I could tell she was excited to make our order perfect.

Every time I ask staff a question at this Acme they act frustrated and inconvenienced or look at me like I’m a weirdo for asking.
Edit because I don’t have the option to reply to Acme’s response: It’s been two of your employees for me. And looking at the reviews, this seems to be a common problem with this location’s staff. With all due respect, it looks like it’s time for a team meeting and address why that is.

I go there often. I find most of what i typically buy. They are not a large market, and sometimes prices can be a bit higher than other area markets, but I have never had any problems finding certain items, and the staff has always been helpful

The Larry the cashier is great!! It is a shame the store manager is not the same.Went in last week and the banging was terrible I have PTSD.The manger said it would be done this week don't tell the customer something not true I will not go back until it is finished.The store should post a sign up.
