Extremely overpriced. Shop around and consider other options! While the mechanics and service staff are friendly, the front desk lady is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. There is no warm welcome here.
The receipt was initially confusing, but Jacquie clarified the 'declined services' for us. They performed the inspection and emissions test 'free of charge,' but the service bill covered it in other ways. There was a bit of a wait to get the car serviced, but setting up an appointment was easy, with the earliest availability being 2-3 days out. This is ample time to arrange a tow and potentially save money elsewhere. The oil change was as quick as any other place, but it comes at a steep price of $80.

We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!

Zimmerman’s Auto has done a wonderful job of taking care of our family vehicles. They are courteous and have great communication throughout the repair process. They are honest and treat their customers very well!

I waited for the annual inspection to be done, plus an oil change, and both were done in good time. In fact, I didn't even take advantage of the chocolate chip cookies that were available!

I have been servicing my 2006 Toyota Corolla at Zimmerman’s Automotive since buying it in 2013 from Zimmerman’s Automotive. I highly recommend them. Steve Sheriff, Service Manager, does great work and involves you with the decision making and is up front and honest with you. The staff at the front desk are very caring and efficient.

Stole my sister’s money basically. They charged $200 for a diagnostic test that you get from autozone for free. Didn’t tell her anything that she didn’t already know and told her it’d be another $500 to look into it deeper.
Replying to your response. She was told the exact same thing autozone told her. Cylinder 5 misfire. The did absolutely nothing for her except waste her time and took 200 dollars for nothing.

Great service. My vehicle needed many different things done to pass inspection plus the other requests I made. They had all of this done by the time I needed my car. I just love the prompt service.
