I was promptly greeted upon entry, took my name and went back to standing there greeting others. After waiting 39 minutes to return a cable box the line is 11 deep. Might want to make an appt next time you want to come it. Could save you lots of time.Place is clean and staff os friendly

The only negative thing I have to say while writing this review, is that I wish I could give this Xfinity location MORE than 5 stars.Man, I cannot begin to describe what an amazing experience I had at this store yesterday. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Amin who was absolutely incredible. Amazing knowledge, outstanding customer service. Answered every single question we had and was just so pleasant. After only waiting for maybe 5 minutes, Phil called us back and took care of us. He even had us sign up for Xfinity rewards so we could get a coupon to save us money on cases. He was so incredibly patient and friendly and also had so much knowledge on every single product. We asked about watches, we asked about phones, we asked about storage, internet, etc.. he had an answer for everything and explained it so thoroughly.Apparently there was an issue with the system, but we would have never known, everything was so fast and efficient.Also - I want to give a special shoutout to Brenden and Mike. Mike said he is still in training but he had some of the best people skills I've ever come across. He's going to be a rockstar. And Brenden came over and helped me with something and was just the nicest person in the world.I'm glad that this location is so close to me. I know if I ever need to go in there, I will be met with a plethora of people who can help me and truly seem excited to help. I will say, there were a LOT of customers there last night, but the staff kept keeping everyone posted and letting them know they weren't forgotten.I truly could just go on and on about how amazing this whole experience was. This team worked flawlessly together and it was so nice to see!

Upon walking in, we were greeted at the door by Teresa. After telling her what we were there for, she quickly got us back to a service counter. She explained everything she was doing, and the best options for us. She did not try to talk us into any unnecessary services, which we greatly appreciated. We were in and out of the store within 20-30 minutes and were very happy with the efficient service we received from Teresa.

The initial in-store experience was good. Phil told me if I had any questions to contact him. Emailed Phil a question on May 11 and haven't heard back. Terrible experience.

Came in today and was out the door with self install. Phil was quick and was able to help me with all my questions. From walking in the store to having everything set up and ready to go at my house took 2 hours. Quick and easy. THANKS PHIL!

For the third time this company has taken it upon themselves to try every card on file to pay for my phone bill. And I mean EVERY card. December they charged my boyfriend's card that hadn't been set as primary. This month 2/15/2023 they charged my card that's used for college and overdraft my account and refused to reverse the charge. Now I'm stuck paying an additional $40 because of their unethical practice of trying to charge every card. My bank had immediately flagged them as fraud now because of it and I also have to get new bank cards. I'll be ending all Xfinity services I get. The internet, the security cameras, and my mobile plan will all be cancelled later today because of their screw ups and refusing to make it right

Absolutely horrifically slow customer service. Comcast/xfinity is a rip off! I switched to fios and got higher speed internet for $50! Skip the headaches you get from dealing with there sales games and go to no nonsense Verizon. Plus, there internet is way faster.

45 plus min wait to drop of boxes. I could have bought a car faster than these clowns ? I canceled everything and switched to Fios. Extremely poor service it’s only a matter of time xfinity will go bankrupt. Go to Verizon it’s superior and they won’t raise your rates every year.

Worst customer service folks ever. Greeted nicely the moment walked inside when I there to pick up the SIM card for the order I placed online, but they told me I have to wait for the SIM to shipped out and they can’t give me any at the store. I confirmed with the customer service over the phone and they certainly confirmed the store can give me a one if I needed immediately. Instead the guy trying to help me out he literally rushed me out. Then I called online CSR again and they confirmed again that store can give me one and even spoke to the store guy and he is so rude either online guy too. Total bad experience!

The staff at the store are excellent. But there are some serious problems in my neighborhood and trying to get someone to inspect what is going on is very hard. This week the internet went down at least 50 times. I’m NOT exaggerating. What does it take to have an engineer come into our neighborhood and see why the service is not consistent. It was not a problem until this past week and getting someone on the phone is horrible. I live in phase 3 of the New Windy Heights in Dillsburg, PA 27019

Live in Carlisle but drive to this location because it is an official xfinity store and the service is awesome, made appointment online, got there, Jesus was the man and took care of everything. Highly recommend

These folks have always treated me fairly. The few times that I've needed service their service people were extremely pleasant and helpful. And their negotiating team really helps you out eel on price, seemingly now for the last 5 years, they always seem to work with you to try to bring your bill down. Thumbs up

You are the worst co. Only reason I have you is because you are the only provider in the area. You are a American co how about using American folks in your call centers. Those folks oversea do not speak English.
