It's great when it works. When it doesn't work you are out of luck. If you have an issue, you will spend a lot of time unplugging and re-plugging the router because that is the only response you will receive from their tech department.I have spent months trying to resolve our extended outage issues. The response is always the same. "We see you are connected". Really?? Then why doesn't my Wi-Fi work? They have no idea. Then all of a sudden it starts working...After a few weeks the cycle starts over again. The most recent explanation is now our router needs to be replaced, at our cost because it's out of warranty. No problem, but I have no idea that's the real issue, because they won't do a service call when it's not working to diagnose the real problem. Think it's time for a new network.
