I didn’t have many details to go off of for the type of dress would I needed, but Maddie was SO HELPFUL! I think I tried on every dress in the store (which, the new location in mechanicsburg is beautiful!) I went to so many different stores the day before with no luck. 3LB saved the day! I love that everything there is unique and isn’t cookie cutter like every other box store out there.”

“My 11 yr old plus size daughter, Addie and I stopped in for something special for her 6th grade spring pictures. We were greeted by the assistant manager who was kind, outgoing, and very informative regardings sales and such. My daughter was out of her comfort zone of rock band and wrestling tshirts at first. The Manager,Erin introduced herself and instant relief was noted from my daughter's face. She too was kind, personable, and outgoing. She pulled a few items from the racks to try on. Addie loved the first shirt saying "I feel pretty in this." The work team interacted and listened to her ideas extremely well. Thanks ladies for a great experience that we will willingly travel over an hour to your store. On the way home, Addie was over the moon about her clothing and how kind the ladies were to her. “I am a plus-sized female and very picky about my dresses. They had just what I was looking for, at a great price. I even bought 2 for a family member who has the same tastes.”

“Today was not a great day for me. I had a lot to do and I was falling behind. I had to return something to Amazon so I went to Kohl’s. The package was large and since I am a senior, I did not think I could carry it in by myself, so I went in the store and I saw this young man in the cashier lane. I asked him if someone could help me get the package into the store. His name was Shivam. He was very friendly and he immediately volunteered to help me get the package into the store. He carried it Into the store and put it in a shopping cart. It was then that I realized that I left my phone in the car and I needed that to return the package so I explained the situation to him, and again he came through for me. He suggested that I go get my phone and he would watch the package while I was gone. I came back in and he had the package right at the place he was checking out customers and he was definitely keeping an eye on it. He was great…if I could rate him, I would give him a 10 out of 10.
Then, I went to the Amazon return desk, and I met Leland. Since I am very technology challenged, I had trouble finding the return QR code on my phone. So Leland was kind enough to help me find it (on my phone). He also was friendly with a great smile and a similar personality and just like that, my package was returned. I would give Leland a 10 also. He was friendly and so nice. I just want to say that I was not in the best mood when I entered that store but when I left, I had a smile on my face. I talked to a manager and told her how much I appreciated these two young men, and she was quick to agree that they were both excellent employees. This is the kind of experience that makes me want to go to Kohl’s to shop. It just changed my entire day and that is why I am writing this extensive review. I hope corporate sees this and recognizes
how lucky they are to have employees like Shivam and Leland. Best wishes to both of them and to the manager I spoke to, whose name I did not get.”
