POOR SERVICE FOR PETS WITH LYME DISEASE - STANDARD OF CARE and FRONT DESK LACKING EMPATHY We have been taking our dog here for years and the service is mediocre. Each time we have an issue (which isn't often thankfully,) it takes them forever to get back to us and usually requires us calling again in order to actually get a return call. This latest time, we waited and waited for a call back. We called 3 times total over 2 days we were told that they are a very busy practice and it could be 24 hours before we got a return call. This time, our dog had a Lyme disease flare up. We know the signs, lameness, pain, stumbling on stairs yet when this happens we must wait 2 days for response to get a call back then 2-3 more days for an appointment?! ... um no. I love my dog, I don't want him in pain for a week or more because their office is "very busy" so much that it takes them 5 days for a request for a refill on a diagnoses and treatment that THEY gave us. The front desk is rough too. They were more concerned about covering their own butts (who took the 1st call? what did they tell you? did you know it could be 24 hours? etc...) Seriously? I just want my dog to be well again... and you're my vet... and you clearly don't care. We are looking elsewhere.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and I don't find them pushy when it comes to unnecessary vaccines or services.

I have found this to be such a good veterinary clinic. Staff at the front desk are always so friendly. Help me out for appointments, checkout, medications. Dr Gabig is just awesome, she's so detail oriented. We've been going here for last 4 years and she always treats my dog with so much attention, is very loving and provides detailed information. I have been very comfortable going to this place and would recommend this hands down to anyone.
