Really rude person that I spoke with over the phone. How does a company like this stay in business??!!??! If I could give "no stars", I would.Felt compelled to respond to the owner comments below. I'm not a "spam" caller. I recently moved to Mechanicsburg from the Denver Colorado area. I have no idea what you're talking about in my soliciting something. I called about a piece of furniture I saw on your website. May be who ever answered the phone thought my questions was stupid, I don't know. It used to be in America that the "customer was always right" even when may be they weren't and people would take responsible for their actions instead of spouting off some lie that I was a spam caller. I can find what I need elsewhere with a company that has outstanding customer service.

I just received my Lloyd & Flanders replacement cushions for my 15 year old West Bay sofa and chair. I'm so glad I decided to order "real" replacement cushions, rather than having someone make them. The fabric is perfect and high end, the inside cushions are excellent quality, and, of course, they fit perfectly. Thanks Wicker East for helping me with my project.

Recently I needed to replace the padded slings on my Tropitone outdoor furniture chairs. I contacted Wicker East and their quote to purchase the slings was the lowest with free shipping. The Tropitone manufactured slings arrived at my home in a very reasonable amount of time. Cindy and Eric went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service throughout the process from ordering through delivery. I strongly recommend Wicker East!

A wonderful place. The proprietors were super helpful during our initial order (of replacement cushions), and then when there was a later issue with fabric color, they fell all over themselves to make us happy. Use Wicker East!!

I live in Southern, California and searched local furniture stores to purchase two Lloyd Flanders chairs. I needed to have them delivered prior to our leaving the country because it would have been impractical to accept delivery otherwise. Every local store told me, automatically, that delivery would be 4-6 weeks and offered no options to have an earlier, guaranteed delivery. After searching the Lloyd Flanders website for other retail outlets, I contacted Wicker East in Pennsylvania (because their quote was cheaper than my local stores and free shipping and no sales tax) to see if they could guarantee a delivery date. I emailed them on March 5, 2020 and,after phone calls and more emails, my two chairs were delivered March 17! Cindy and Eric went out of their way to ensure prompt delivery before we left, exhibiting the kind of personal service that is rare nowadays. I highly recommend their company and will use them again in the future.
