I'm retired military and a DOD civilian, I only opened a savings account but they were professional and very courteous with me. I had a great experience opening my account and they followed up with me to ensure I did not have a negative experience. The few times I contacted the bank they were willing to go above and beyond to assist.

Went to open a new account, the guy did but in the process he was texting on his phone, yawning, didn’t help me with zelle or more information about my card, etc.

There was an Indian bank teller in there, she was not informative at all to the customer. I have an account with them and went inside to deposit some check and make some currency exchange. She did made the transaction for me but never informed the customer there was a fee for to do so. So when I check the online activities and saw that there was a surprise fee. The management needs to have a meeting with their employees and retrain them what they need to inform customers before they do any transactions that will cost them a fee. Very disappointed with this branch and I've been a customers with this bank for years. Well, time to go to another bank and give them business. I'm not surprise when I see majority of their reviews were 1 Star. In the financial world, lack of communication will hurt the business!!! Tough time now, so you would want to keep up your bar here!!!

Tom, the supposed bank manager yelled at me and tried to kick me out of the parking lot for parking in his space (we were the only two cars in the parking lot except one other girl). Whatever happened to customer service? Shouldn’t you offer the better space to a customer? This guy used foul language with me and screamed at me, because I was there before the bank opened, the ATM is 24 hour service! What is wrong with manager, Tom? Can I not use a parking space to finalize my ATM paperwork? Been with this bank since 2007 when it was Wachovia. Tom should be demoted for his inability to be affable with the customers. Thinking about closing my business accounts …

oh my god, looks like one man tall (don't have any name or id card ) stopping and creating bad name for this branch.. he will come ask all questions directly what's the matter, why you are here.? says go check online, we are busy even though they are standing and doing nothing. He is such rude guy and behaves with no curtosy and very unprofessional. i wouldn't go again and i would rather do business with start up bank but not well fargo-mechanicsburg. i can't say enough, but i will never go there again. looks for other banks. If you start a relation with this bank location, you will end up frustration with him. 2* overall, surprising me. I would do '-5' stars if possible.

To bad Wells Fargo, I recently moved to area after selling my home in Florida. I always read reviews and your Bank doesn't look very good. I'll find another, guess you guys should have better banking practices. Two good reviews out of ten. Someone is asleep at the bank.

Local site might be okay but no better way to get results. Mortgage services representative was trash and no way to address the issues without multiple call and transfers to inappropriate departments. Find a better company for financial needs. Preferably someone who can solve issues without giving you a website to visit.

I send checks to be deposited into my account and they send them back to me refusing to deposit them unless I bring them in personally or deposit them at an ATM. I've banked a lot of places over the years and this bank is the only bank that will not accept deposits I send in by mail. I think it may be because they are extremely lazy folks working here. It cost them $3 to send the check back to me rather than just depositing it..... I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.
