Worst Pharmacy Ever. They can't track and keep up their prescriptions and customers. They made us go through their 3 different pharmecies.

Yesterday was one of the toughest days i had from going without medication due to mishaps with another pharmacy in Gettysburg not filling my scripts; i had a bad fall from not having the medication and needed to get it filled that day &
the pharmacy staff at Weis #199 was absolutely incredible in helping me and my husband figure this out and get me feeling better again!
The pharmacist helped me not only get my medications but called my insurance company to explain what had happened to get an override for me and the rest of the pharmacy staff were very sweet and understanding. The pharmacist listened to me, asked me quick and important questions based off of my medication withdrawal symptoms, filled all of my prescriptions altogether, and truly went above & beyond her call of duty to ensure i was taken care of and okay before we left the pharmacy.
Thank you all so much, you all truly are wonderful at what you do!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Frank in the pharmacy! I was having a very hard time getting a medication that I need refilled and he was very helpful in doing that!

Went in to get balloons for a birthday party and no one would help me. Girl sitting in back office wouldn't get up to help, girl at counter wouldn't help. Went to Giant instead and got everything I needed.

Rude to me twice. Have a don't care attitude. I know they're busy, but the lack of courtesy was unacceptable.

Great smaller sized store that has most of what we need when we are in area. We are usually there at odd times so there aren’t many employees around but it’s fine

There is never anyone at the customer service desk in the mornings or sometimes in the afternoon. Was there at 845 this am and there were three people waiting for service with no one around. Went to Giant for service

The pharmacists at this Weis store are friendly and helpful. They remember who I am seemingly after one time meeting them, and I've never felt rushed by them even when they're very busy.Although I've moved many miles further from Bumblebee Hollow, I keep them as my pharmacy because they're so welcoming and seem so happy to see me every time I go!

Pretty much what I said. I like to shop here and have always enjoyed the checkout staff. I like my bags very full and they always fill them just right when I ask.
