I had a perfect experience here. I came in on Saturday to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro for an iPhone 15 pro. The rep, Samuel, was so kind, funny, and caring. He helped me pick out a case, explained everything in detail, and was just genuinely happy to be helping me. Customer service like that goes a long way. What a good, decent human. We could use more of that in this world. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Verizon needs to replace the lid of an underground routing box in our neighborhood that was damaged by a mower. It is a safety hazard that could cause someone to break an ankle, or worse. Numerous calls to the technical support line over the past 6 MONTHS have led to nothing but excuses and false promises. It’s not rocket science, or does it take an engineering PhD to replace the lid of one of these boxes. I would love to have someone contact me to address this.
Another week has gone by- and still no contact from a human being at Verizon. Sad.

A few weeks back my husband and I went to the store to get a question answered about what he needed to do to upgrade his phone. We did get to the store close to closing however he just had a question. Upon walking in, the staff told him they were closing for the evening and he would have to come back another day without asking what he needed. I went to the store today as I got a message about upgrading my phone and told the lady I wanted to see what my options were. She proceeded to tell me I was not an account manager and could not upgrade without my husband present. I told her that was not the case and pulled up the account with my line listed as a manager so I could upgrade without my husband present. I asked if she needed additional information pertaining to the account (which she shouldn’t have since my line is a manager) and she rudely said no that my only options were to have my husband call customer support or add me as a manager on the account through the app, despite my line being an account manager.

Went to this store yesterday to get issues with my billing fixed and was told to call customer service to get it resolved! I called customer service and got the run around with them also. Tired of using your damn automated system, no customer support for people who don't want to do everything through the internet. Completely done with your service!

Horrible store that does not follow policy. They allowed a $700 iWatch to be charged to my account after overriding their own store policies to prevent fraudulent activity. Then they refused to provide any information on who the person was that took the item.

I'm not pleased with Verizon, but show me a large corporation that cares about the people who buy it's services these days and I'll show you my jaw on the floor.However, I did have to come to this location to make a transaction of sorts and was helped by Andrew Velkoff. Let's just say that if his customer service was not 5 star, I would have left annoyed and Verizon would have had a much larger issue on their hands than they already did.I hope Andrew is appropriately rewarded not only for the great customer service to me, but the service I am sure he provides to many.

Sam was very helpful and got me taken care of all while keeping the little one entertained. Will be coming here for my next phone as it was a better experience than ordering online. Ask for Sam!

Long story short, we paid for a new phone set up but they couldn’t complete it for us in the store. After attempting to do it on our own at home (without being refunded for paying for the service), the actual phone service didn’t transfer to the new phone. When you called, it would go straight to voicemail. We then went back to this store to ask for help only to be told they were closing an hour early but would still be open for an hour. After turning us away, we had to call directly to a Verizon call center for help. The store has rude staff that are not helpful at all.
