We bought a couch back in July, and specific model delivery date was pushed out to January. Went in to initially get a refund and go somewhere else. Floor sales rep Steve Catts helped us find a similar product and get it in our home by the end of the week! EDIT: Date was pushed back again. We took our money elsewhere.

Crazy Steve is the man. He gave us space to look around and allow us to decide. He was super personable. With the name Crazy Steve, how could you not like him? ?The people that assisted with checkout and all were great as well. Great experience. Probably why we continue to just come back here every time we need furniture.

Bad service, they are supposed to go and ask you if you need help. But they don't unless they see you dress like that you have a lot of money. Sometimes, that is not the way it looks.

Went to the Mechanicsburg VCF and worked with Steve Catts to buy a new Bedroom set. Steve and the manager Alex were great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Steve and the team at this store to anyone who is looking for a great deal on furniture and a friendly, knowledgeable staff to help you through the process.

It had been a long morning of used furniture store shopping. The problem surfaced when one store didn’t deliver and another was expensive for simply one piece.
After lunch, we entered Value City, just to look. It was right inside we met T. Turns out that T had a few other letters attached. Sales person Tiosha was experienced, personable and accommodating. She worked on our behalf with her manager to get us the best deal.
We still paid for delivery, but Value City provided everything we needed—all under one roof. Thank you, Tiosha or T as we got to know her. You made our trip easy and fun.

We have never bought genuine good furniture before because of having apartments/first living together. Now that we have a home we are investing in good pieces so we decided to just take a look. Crazy Steve was INCREDIBLE to work with. He’s so funny and kind, and wasn’t down our throats like most salesman are. I can’t wait for our furniture to come in! — Will update when it comes in!
