The employee, Veer, did not meet expectations. While one would expect such an employee to be knowledgeable about the services offered, Veer seemed indifferent and unwilling to share information, even when asked. It’s clear that the employees might enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, but it doesn't compensate for the lack of helpfulness.

Although staff helpful,shocked that sm box/packg(took 30 secs max) cost $12+ on top of shippg cost$12+! Never again..shame on u UPS

I am a regular customer of the UPS Store on Cumberland Parkway. I send all of my business/notary UPS overnights through them , as well as any packages I ship off to my adult kids. I stopped using USPS for most non-letter-size mailings and use this store particularly, because they have NEVER lost a package, and packages always arrive on time or early. The owner and her staff are friendly, accommodating, and cheerful, and possess all the small town goodness and professionalism I need to expect when I'm entrusting my valuable packages to a shipping company. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

I went to this location to mail an envelope. The company I was mailing to sent me a code via email that instructed me to show to the employees so that they could scan and print out the label. The woman working told me it would cost $3.50 to print the label. I asked if this was customary for all locations and she said yes. I did not think this was the case so I called the UPS store off Sporting Hill Rd and they said, no, there should not be a charge. I went to that store. I will no longer do business at this location.

This UPS Store is my go-to for print and mail services, both for personal and business needs. Their customer service is consistently excellent, with staff always willing to assist promptly and efficiently. I appreciate their quick turnaround times and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable services.

I’m receiving spam emails that have this location as a contact address for unsubscribing. Please advise how you handle such requests. If this is a scam, can you provide any details of reports you’ve made (officer name, report numbers etc.) so I can add the additional information I have here? These people need dealing with as they are very organized criminals.

Amazing customer service, every time I have a question or need assistance, they know how to help. Easy to do drop offs for my returns and to ship something out. Will definitely recommend this store to others.
