Kylie went above and beyond yesterday to help me with the online ordering issue I had while logged into my mobile account. She showed empathy and was determined to find a way to get my order to go through while being on the phone with Ulta customer service for at least 45 minutes. Thank you Kylie for going above and beyond!

I’ve always loved this Ulta location, but today’s experience was extra special! I went to Ulta Mechanicsburg today with my stepdaughter and her mom to pick out her first makeup products. The smile on her face throughout the entire experience and the confidence she left with makes my heart burst DJ helped us find the perfect products for her makeup routine while making sure P was comfortable and learning techniques. It was seriously a magical experience. Thank you so much Ulta Mechanicsburg, especially DJ, for helping my stepdaughter shine brighter than I’ve ever seen her shine before!

If I could give this store a 0 star I would! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! I simply went in to grab a fragrance for my wife and was treated with the WORST customer service possible. Not only did I not receive the help I needed I was met with constant stares and weird looks from the employees. Seems like they are more interested in talking and making fun of their customers than actually being of assistance. When I went into this location I felt profiled, and I felt like they were constantly trying to catch me stealing. I am disgusted and would never shop here.

I am commending the cashier in this rant and showing the distaste to the shoppers. People in line were complaining loudly. For what?! So the cashier could hear you? Did you want her to ignore everyone else and give you some sort of special treatment? You were all adults! What were you trying to accomplish? Not one single person in the world should think that they are better than the stranger standing next to them. To all of those who spewed negative and hurtful things, directing them towards the only employee within audible range, shame on you! Your minor inconvenience of waiting for 10 measly minutes instead of 3 minutes (for makeup!) had only caused the one person who was there to assist YOU feel the need to apologize as if she'd done something wrong. She should be thanked for showing up, doing her job to the best of her ability and recognized for handling the work of 3 people by herself. It's not her fault she was the only cashier. If customers want to throw a tissy because of wait times, maybe they should consider applying for a position instead of just applying makeup.

Have to say the cashier Jordan in the older lady with the glasses, are the only people who talk to me when I was in there today 12/11/23. I have to say thank you to you guys for being severely nice everyone else walked past us look dirty at us such a weird thing when I’m spending money at your store ?
