If I could give 0 stars I would. We were verbally attacked by an employee. I filed an official complaint with U-Haul corporate and there was 0 follow up and never even received an apology from the customer service rep that took the complaint.

Our experience was seamless coupled with excellent customer service. We had no issues with our reservation or the checkout of the trailer. We so appreciated the great service after traveling several hours. Thank you, U-Haul!

I visited recently to purchase a couple of boxes. Every spot at the front of the store was taken. I parked in a lane so that once someone came out and left, I could get a spot. I waited for 35 minutes - while making a call, which was fine and no spots ever opened. An employee was pulling in with a truck and said I needed to move. I said, there are no spots - he said park in the back. I said, I have been here for 35 minutes and no one has come out of the store. They are all probably renting a vehicle. I said, so people renting vehicles are allowed to take all of the spots at the front of the store making it seem busy rather than asking them to park in the back? People who buy boxes have to carry them a distance because of people renting trucks? Clayton said, well it is a parking lot they can park where ever they choose. I guess that is correct Clayton, but rather than telling me who is there to pick up boxes from the store on a cold and windy day, rather than making the store seem packed, you might want to tell those renting to park in the back. It is unfortunate that they will tell someone who wants to purchase from the store to park in the back but they won't tell people who may be gone for days while renting a vehicle to park in the rear. Customer service was not great today. Not sure this is normal but it was not appreciated on a cold and blustery day.

Casey who helped us at check in was great. She was the only staff handling the counter and she was taking care of 2 customers at a time to get the line down. Then when someone did come to help her she had to help him too. She was very clam, processional and helpful when others may become overwhelmed on a busy Saturday morning.

The team member that filed my order told me the truck was behind the fence at the back of the lot. He did not offer to go get it for me at all. I said sure, whatever. I got to the gate and it did not open. I hit the buzzer and it opened after I stood there a bit. I found the truck and follow inspection. Once I drove it back to the gate it did not open again. I got out of the truck and buzzed for 5 minutes with no response. I had to call the store to get them to let me out. This will be the last time I use this location.

The girl who helped me with the paperwork was very kind and sweet. The gentleman who helped me check the truck back in was very helpful as well. All around great experience!

My truck was leaking. It leaked on my passenger, literally pouring. and on my furniture in the back of truck. I am very upset.

The equipment rental was excellent, but the young lady at the front counter, (there were two, so to be clear, it was the one with the tongue piercing), on the morning of 6-14-23 was rude. When my husband asked her to repeat the information she gave him, (because she rattled it off too fast and did not speak clearly) she gave him an attitude and started talking extremely slow like she was speaking to an infant. She was so disrespectful; I hope management will speak with her about her attitude towards customer service. Other than that incident, everything else was perfect!
