The older lady who works register and is always there is very discriminatory. I want to start this by saying I am a Hispanic female and every time I walk in this store she follows my family and I all over. Last time I came in her first word to me was “hola” and I ignored it, and then my sister had to use the restroom as she’s following us around the store and I show my sister where the restroom is she mumbles “if you need to use the restroom you knows there’s a McDonald’s across the street”. I feel very uncomfortable every time I come into this location.

The guy name nick that is on night shift is rude, and acts like he doesn't want to work, the reason I stop by is it's close when I'm on the Harrisburg pike, Nick just is rude doesn't talk to customers, slams stuff and get mad if you ask for a receipt, I think it's rude and uncalled for, I've never got treated like from that store as long as I have gone there,

Friendly proper service. These employees are above and beyond considering the number of workers.

Pumps here are terrible. The first one I tried froze trying to process my card. The second one was the slowest pump I've ever used. 2 stars because the store is actually useful.

Oh no... They no longer have brand name slushies. It has gone generic. Unfortunately, the new cola flavor is not that good. They used a line that was used for a different flavor and you can still taste it. Hopefully, it gets better with time. I think I'll be sticking with sheets and 7-Eleven for my slushies.

Just stopped in to store. I HAVE BEEN a frequent customer, not anymore. This is the most unprofessional convenience store. I have overlooked this in the past because of the close proximity to where I reside. Stopped in 15 mins. ago asked for my order, it was brought to the counter, it was not what I asked for HE, went back got the order brought it to the counter and said"this isn't what you asked for" in the wrong tone of voice. Get the order right the first time and then lose the attitude with a paying customer. Uncalled for!!! I will drive the extra two miles from now on and goto SHEETZ. BTW your Corporate offices will be notified. BTW, nice stopping by on Thursday and parking lot not even plowed out.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. They say Good Morning to you as soon as you walk-in and most of the time strike up a conversation at the register when you’re checking out. The drink selection is decant (I wish they had lavender blueberry vitamin water) but I always grab a gallon of milk here, an energy drink, top off my gas tank, or grab a slushie and it’s always a positive experience. ???

Your store in Mechanicsburg (2130 S. Market St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055) is NOT complying with mask regulations. I was there for a total of 6 minutes. I got two drinks, and stood in line. The cashier had a mask “on”, but pulled all the way down below her mouth! I watched SEVEN people (out of nine that came in while I was there) come in without a mask. Nothing was said, and the customers were served as usual. Three of the people without masks, were a mother and two elementary-aged children. They proceeded to touch several items, laughing and goofing around. There are TWO very visible signs on the entrance doors.Sheetz (just a mile or so up the road) enforces their mask policy, and the employees all wear them correctly.Until Turkey Hill addresses and corrects this issue, you have lost five faithful customers (almost daily visits) to Sheetz.

The sign on the window says masks required. Employees are not always wearing masks, product delivery people are not masked, and no one is stopping customers without masks. I ask an older blonde hair woman that waited on me if she is able to remind customers to wear masks. She jumped down my throat and very defensively informed me that she would not do that because it violates constitutional rights. Yesterday the woman loading the hot dog griller had a mask hanging from one ear and she was talking loudly and laughing with another employee while she worked Dont go to this store if you are Covid conscious and wanting to stay healthy.
