The rooms look nice but I had trouble falling asleep on the bed, and woke up with back pain in the morning. The pillows were too bulky and they didn’t have any variable size so I ended up sleeping without one. The bathroom ran out of body wash even though the bottles had ample room for storing it, so not having any was just laziness on the cleaning staff. The food was awful in the morning, may as well not offer it at all. When I came in to check in the receptionist seemed in-personable and cold. The hotel is in a good location off the highway and it looks nice but that was the only good thing about it, was aesthetics, but it was a very uncomfortable stay.

The hotel looks newish with an attractive lobby with large screen tv, complementary breakfast, billiards table, and pool. The rooms are spotless with fresh furnishings. I would recommend.

Great room, but housekeeping could be more thorough about bathroom cleanliness. Shower curtain liner looked slightly mildewed and outer shower curtain was not up correctly. Also, it wasn't made clear about when housekeeping would clean. But overall it was a good experience. Functional rooms, with cooking implements, even a dishwasher! And two burner glass top stove, refrigerator. Bring your own food and save money ? ?!

The staff is so friendly and the breakfast had great options changing daily. The room itself was spacious but the bathroom and sink area was very small. The toilet was very low to the ground and would spray water out every time you flushed. The toilet paper was also half gone when we arrived in the room.

Front desk was nice but my room wasn't well cleaned and smell like a elderly person. Housekeeping team needs to better job and their supervisors need to be do inspections. Won't be going back.

Lazy cleaning staff/housekeeping in the morning, with the exception for one woman I worked with. Most showed up late and retreated to their cars at their leisure to smoke weed and avoid job duties. Constantly on their phones. Toilets weren't sanitized.

Great location, staff, and facility. I'll try to find an excuse to return to the area and stay here again. I was very warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Clean, pleasant room. The breakfast bar was typical for this chain, but the fitness center was far better than most...spacious, lots of windows, and plenty of equipment for a good workout. Most hotel stairwells feel like a dungeon, but theirs is open, carpeted with natural light. Bonus: The room windows open just enough to get some fresh air...a rarity these days!
Walkability: Located on a pleasant, treed side road perfect for an evening or early morning walk or jog.

I am in the Harrisburg area on a weekly basis and have stayed at a handful of Marriott properties. This location has become my #1. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and location of area eateries for dinner make it perfect for my weekly stay.

Overall the hotel was nice. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which was on the first floor, and to my understanding those are the rooms usually dedicated to animals. When we walked in, we could smell the odor. It wasn't pleasant. Another downside was the bathroom shower wall. It wasn't dirty, but there was hair scattered around. I believe they are short staffed because I only saw one elderly lady-82 to be exact who was trying to handle everything during breakfast. She definitely needed some assistance. Another elderly lady, maybe the housekeeper was taking care of the laundry, which is not an easy task. I would stay here again, but on a different floor.
