Today I had so many Amazon returns and the girl over there around 3.30pm helped me return the packages quickly. Even though there were a lot of customers and she was the single employee there, she was patient and polite with everyone. Keep it up! Highly recommend this store for Amazon returns.

I stopped in to make a return on Nov 10 about 11:30. The gentleman behind the desk was wonderful! He was so helpful and made my return so quick and easy. Give this man a raise or at least a chunky Christmas bonus

Vipul Patel, the friendly owner, knew how to open and print my unusual .odt file type using pdf software or something, and he quickly figured out how to fix my font size problem by changing to Times New Roman style, which allowed for a broader array of font size options. It was clear to me that he really understands his business and wants to do the best job possible for people. Keep up the great work.

I absolutely love the customer service that is always given when I go here. They are always so patient and kind. And always explains if there's an issue with any of my returns. The staff here is amazing!!! The Hogestown Rd location is the only UPS store for my needs.

Amazing service!! Super kind man helped me do an Amazon return even after arriving at the doors were locked for closing time. I felt very welcomed and was efficiently helped. Definitely will make this my every time store.

The 5-star reviews for this store have got to be fake. I’ve gone to this store several times, and each time I go in there, they are absolutely miserable. I guess they don’t get the concept service with a smile and give very short greetings. My experience when walking in this store is that I am a nuisance and a bother. Let me give you guys a tip for this store. If you are reading this, eliminate Amazon if you don’t want to accept Amazon returns!
Keep this up and you’ll be shut down within a year. Nobody wants to experience that.

Vipul Patel is the owner I had a hand full of Amazon returns and I turn around and he’s holding the door for me!! Further more he said that he is closing but helped me anyway, what a guy. I always use this IPS store for all my shipping needs.

I have ALWAYS been treated and greeted kindly. Received professional service, very efficient. I don't go anywhere else to do my mailing business. From sending returns, getting an occasional fax sent.

The showroom is very clean and looks pristine. There is never a wait. I can typically get in & out very quickly. The staff are all friendly. There is ample parking. Although this location is further from my home, I find it the easiest to enter and exit.
