When I called to buy a second-hand car, the salesperson there talked to me about the car’s original new price. However, the first owner has already paid that price when they bought it new. These people think they are very smart and assume others don’t understand anything. I definitely do not recommend buying a car from this place.

Went to pick up my new MB EQE 500 this past week from Sun Motor Cars and I could not recommend these guys enough. From the moment I got there they took great care of me, explained all the ins and outs of the vehicle and walked me through all the numbers. They were completely transparent throughout the process. Huge shoutout to Adam, Tom and Dan, and special thanks for giving me a ride to carmax to sell off my old car! These guys go above and beyond, will def work with them again when my lease is up.

Terrific experience! I was treated like a superstar and Matt did a great job showing me the features of the car I was looking at. I got a good trade in offer and the pricing on the car I was looking at was fair. This will be my first Mercedes :)
I highly recommend this dealership. Extensive inventory and the staff is great to work with.

This dealership should be ashamed of itself, be warned people, apparently they pick and choose who they will be of service to. They certainly didn't do the repair on my car and they put a few small dents in my hood to add insult to injury.
I strongly suggest going somewhere else to buy, sell, trade or have any repair work done.
I know I'll never own another Mercedes after dealing with these jerks !!

we were traveling from Florida to New England via I-81 when several dash symbols were indicating trouble with our sprinter mb motorhome. The closest MB dealership was a few miles away when we called for help, Brian Young, the service advisor, allowed us to come on in and they would look at it. Absolutely wonderful experiance once we arrived, Everything was taken care of and we were back on the road in less than three hours. We sat in the waiting room with our cat and dog, and everyone we met was truly kind and caring. To Brian Young and the service department, you have our extreme gratitude, Thank you so very much-we have been to various mercedes dealers as we make our annual trip north and south, and no place could ever be as marvelous as Sun Motor Cars and Brian Young.

Beware, service dept is dis-honest multi times over my 10 year , 3 car relationship. The last one really was bad on a cls550 sir suspension issue. I was billed $475.00 with no problem fixed or solved. They wanted to fix at 7-8000.00 estimate. Declined and pu the car. I called back to go over the bill I paid the day I moved the car off lot. I got a very poor update and no real story how they came up with the almost 500.00 bill. Hope they got a big bonus. Pm me for a way more qualified MB shop. They think they are the only game in town. Drive 45 mins south everybody has these cars. More volume, better service.

A guest of mine highly recommended sun motors- mercedes after years of outstanding service. So I had to check it out for myself, and so far the recommendation lived up to the hype. I've only worked with Salesman Dan thus far, he helped me out when I pulled up and has been terrific and is a big factor in choosing Sun! Highly recommend. I pick up my new car this week and look forward to the years of great service ahead!

I want to give a shoutout to this dealership for an outstanding car--leasing experience. Adam, the Internet Sales Manager, was fantastic during the online negotiation, making sure all my concerns were addressed promptly. What sets him apart is that he kept every promise made during the process.
Tom, who handled the delivery, was very patient and helpful, especially since I'm new to EVs and was leasing from out of state. Together, Adam and Tom made the entire experience smooth and exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this dealership for their trustworthy service and a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Kudos to Adam and Tom for making it a great experience!
