After a dreadful experience at another dealership, I was on the verge of swearing off BMWs altogether. However, my outlook completely changed when I connected with Will from the internet department at Sun Power BMW. From our very first interaction, Will was nothing short of professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to send me detailed pictures and a comprehensive service history, which immediately put me at ease and made me comfortable asking more questions.
As the process moved forward, Will seamlessly introduced me to Kyle, who took over without missing a beat. I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant to switch contacts after building such a good rapport with Will, but Kyle was equally professional and kept everything moving smoothly. He thoroughly explained all the options, including various plans, without ever making me feel pressured. In the end, I chose a plan that covered Tire and Wheel protection with alloy wheel coverage and a few other perks.
This is exactly how car buying should feel – smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I walked away from Sun Power BMW completely satisfied and with zero regrets. If I ever decide to purchase another BMW, I won’t hesitate to leave New York and drive 3-4 hours back to Sun Power BMW. It’s worth the trip to avoid the shady dealings of local dealerships. Thank you, Sun Power BMW, for restoring my faith in the brand!

I absolutely love this dealership. While I did not buy my current BMW from them, I’ll definitely be buying future cars there. It’s pristine and everyone is super nice and professional. The service department is top notch, especially Ed Beleck, who has been my service advisor for years. They don’t BS you into anything your car really doesn’t need which is refreshing. Very upfront with costs and repairs/service needed. The waiting room is also quiet and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

What a delightful experience! I purchased a new BMW X5 from Dave Halford and he made everything so easy. He is truly a BMW expert! We built my car (he had to explain so many features so I got exactly what I wanted) and he ordered it. My new car arrived in the time frame he said and once it arrived it was even more spectacular than I anticipated. The delivery was seamless and the "Genius" Adam took his time teaching me all of the tech of the car. I cannot recommend Dave & Sun Motors enough. It was the best experience I've had in over 10 years! Thank you!

Ed Beleck and the service dept at Sun Motor Cars did a superb job. They were quick to get me in for recall work and did an oil change while they had it. The car was returned to me cleaner then it was before and running better with the piece of mind knowing that the one last concern about the car was taken care of. Highly recommended!!!

While on a road trip to West Virginia, the tire light in our x3 came on and we found not 1 but 3 nails in a tire. After attempting to get it fixed/replaced at a local Walmart Auto Center and wasting 2 hours, I left with no tire and very little patience left. With 2 hours of driving left to go after being on the road since 5am, I called the local BMW dealer and told them my situation. I spoke to this very kind service advisor Brittany who told me they had the tire in stock and could replace it for me if I could get there in 15 minutes. I got there at 11:40 and Brittany was waiting for me as she promised and was able to get a new tire on the car before they closed at 12. Unfortunately, there was a mishap and they installed the wrong brand tire on my car and the service staff had left. She apologized, assured me they would make it right, and told me she would be in touch. I was able to still drive the car for my trip and as promised, I received a call from her a few days later and she was able to coordinate with a BMW dealer near my house to install the right tire. I am truly astonished at the level of service I received at Sun Motors BMW and how far Brittany went to make my experience one I won’t forget. She was extremely understanding, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Thank you to the service team for helping my family and I get back on the road!

Very personable and knowledgable sales staff. Everyone is always very friendly, like you’ve known them for years. Zach Thompson helped me purchase my vehicle and was pleasant every step of the way. The place is clean and well organized, the cars are well kept and presentable, and overall felt very professional. I will not hesitate to purchase another car here.

Sending a big thank you to Brady Myers and his associates for the assistance and great customer service with my X7 purchase last fall. I shopped all the luxury SUV brands and even a few other BMW dealers. The X7 stood out, by far, compared to SUVs from other makers. In addition, Brady stood out as the utmost professional, courteous, and respectful sales rep. He was never pushy, always patient, took time to listen, and responded quickly to any question or request. I enjoyed being able to customize the car as well.
Thanks again Brady for your great customer service. I will keep recommending as many people as I can. The X7 is fantastic. Love driving it!

My experience at BMW was outstanding. Brady did an excellent job on the sales end. He was always very professional and responded quickly to my questions throughout the entire buying process. Adam did an amazing job as well with teaching me all the vehicle functions. Both Brady and Adam have continued to be very customer service oriented months after my purchase. Outstanding overall experience would highly recommend!

Tried to call to order A part, ask for my vin with I gave it to her and she tells me that it doesn't match the car. I told it's a 325xi she said no it's a 330 and keep going. Next time have some one that knows what they are talking about
