Since moving to their new location a few years ago, the place looks and feels great. Updated and modern decor, much more room to move about and the same great service. Kathy has cut my hair for years and I am constantly getting compliments on it. I've had manicures and pedicures, eyebrow waxing, massages by Amy and my favorite is facials by Cheryl! So much more than just a facial it's like a mini massage with your hands, feet and head getting massaged/pampered too. I've been coming here for 15 years and have never been disappointed.

Went here on and off for years. Towards end of last year I had some appointments prebooked and ended up in the hospital for 3 months for emergency surgery n complication but could not communicate n phone was locked so no one could see scheduled appointments n call to cancel. Once home and functioning, I attempted to make appointment leaving message explaining hospital stay, no one returned call. A couple of days later, I called again and another stylist answered and told me mine did not want to schedule appointment with me and was angry about not calling to cancel. I again tried explaining reason and she said I supposedly did not show up or call for an appointment that summer before which I did not recall because I forgot some stuff from my health ordeal. Here's what bothers me, she had an attitude with me even though it wasn't about her. Second of all, my stylist didn't have the decency to speak with me herself which is immature. Third of all, there were several times she told me she could cut my hair a certain way or do my nails with a certain design but the results were not as expected or should be yet I gave her the benefit of doubt, paid full price plus tip and did not complain even though the one time I asked for a French manicure with a purple n white flower just before my dad's funeral services and it turned out so bad I had to clean it off n just paint a solid color myself. Most times I was told she could do a design but it did not turn out right or looked like a 5 year old did it and she kept shortening my length just because at times I'd end up chipping my nails yet I didn't ask for her to shorten them and what was it to her if I paid full price for the length I wanted?? So it's ok, I have another hairdresser already to go to to help me with my hair loss and regrowth situation recommended by a family member.. BYEEE!!

Absolutely amazing! Staff is so friendly! I love the set up for booking - the online communication is FANTASTIC! When I arrived the salon was beautiful and clean. Everyone was so friendly. I got a massage with Amy and it was by far the best and most relaxing one I've ever had. Such a great way to turn off my brain for an hour. I cannot wait to go back! Such a great place!!

Kathy and her team are top notch professionals who make you feel valued and special. I think this helps in their efforts to provide you a look that is honest. Any place can cut your hair, but few help improve your feeling of worth to yourself, others and as a customer.

At first glance it feels like it's located in a gravel pit or junkyard, but don't let that put you off. It's cozy and clean inside; employees are friendly and competent; services are many and reasonably priced. They've been around a while; give them a try.

The ladies at the shop are nice but that’s where I have to end it. The cut was bad, she dry cut my hair didn’t add any bit of water at all, the bad layers she gave were blamed on my fine hair, the “balayage” I wanted just looked like she was playing Tetris in my hair. I showed her probably 20 different pictures. By the 3rd dye job I had a warmer root, then she used a cooler in the middle to blend out Tetris marks to my blonde and now there is barely any light blonde left in my hair. For as much experience as she said she had I was super disappointed. I would of asked for my $200 back but the ladies were nice and she tried her best. I wish that if she wasn’t confident in what I wanted the polite thing to do would of been to tell me so I didn’t feel like I wasted my husbands hard earned money. Lesson learned I will not ever be going back.

Staff is always helpful because who knows what you want done with your hair.. .Stylist always takes time and asks pertinent questions and I have always been happy. Salon is stylish and spotless. Staff is professional but also a lot of fun. Always a nice experience.

I was able to get in at the last minute for a hair consultation and hair trim with Cheryl. My time there went by fast! I enjoyed the conversations and I also felt like I was walking on air after leaving the salon. All of the employees I was in contact with throughout my time there made me feel welcomed and that says a lot! If you are in need of a salon, I would recommend trying this place out! Studio 7 provides various services; there are too many to mention! I am very anxious to see the results of my hair with the help of the Kevin Murphy products and the advice from the professional beauticians! Thanks so much for accepting me as a new client! It was a grand experience!
