“This was my 2nd visit to this place- My first time was at the beginning of the year…and the young man was amazing at his job and hearing what the foot dr had told me!So I returned to get more shoes! I had a different person help me…he was filling in and I believe his name was Tyler (if it’s incorrect I am very sorry!) and he was definitely just as much helpful as the first person! I didn’t know they have a 2nd location!I ended up getting the same brand and on sale bc the newer “version” (?) just came out! So I got those and the brooks 23. I have a carbon fiber plate I have to wear and the brooks 23…and brooks 22 feel great! I also got a pair of lock laces for the first time… love!!He was friendly and my experience both times were lgbtq friendly. Very helpful and enjoyed returning! I DO send my clients there for the quality service and shoes! Store was also clean with bright lighting. The one thing I would recommend…a brighter sign to find this location. It’s a hidden gem.”

“My family has had the absolute best experience here - during multiple visits. I haven’t skied in about 10 years, and my husband has never skied, and we have a four-year-old that we wanted to get into skiing this year. We essentially had to start from scratch. My husband took my daughter in to lease equipment for the season, and he needed to buy some gear of his own and had a phenomenal experience with that. Then I went in alone about a week later, and had to buy skis and boots for myself, and had Pam help me and she was absolutely phenomenal. I left feeling so confident and knowledgeable and just welcomed and had the best experience. We went skiing today for the first time and had an absolute blast and I know a lot of that had to do with the fact that we had great gear and were both extremely comfortable in what we were wearing. We won’t be going anywhere else in the future for our winter gear. Thank you so much for making us newbies feel welcome and teaching us the ropes!”
