friend made an appt for her dog. She was unable to take her dog so I did. They said no appt. was made. Not even the wrong date. I put my friend on speaker phone. They said they could possibly have her dog seen but it would cost extra for an emergency visit. What? I was there. No other dog was waiting. Why should I pay extra for a mistake they made? This after having to wait almost a month to be seen. Not a vet I would use. Hopefully my friend finds a new vet for her pup.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They NEVER answer the phone. I tried for 2 weeks several times a day with no luck when we added a 3rd puppy to the family. Tried again a few weeks later with no success again. Around the same time period we had an elderly dog who needed treatment during the working day. No-one would answer the phone. We ended up taking our pet to an animal hospital. Transitioned to VCA couldn't be happier. They have a 15 min rule for Vets to be in an appointment by. Silver Springs did not have that rule. Often late, I've waited several times up to 90min to see the Vet. We took our pets to Silver Springs for several years not realizing what a professional Veterinarian office experience could be like.

Man, people don't like vets, huh? My experience with Silver Springs Animal Clinic has been great. My senior goes to Banfield but my adolescent goes to Silver Springs. He was neutered here, no issue. In fact, about a month ago, I thought my senior was struggling to pee. Any cat owner knows that's a major, immediate issue and usually costly. I called her regular vet, who didn't have anything until the next day. No issue, they're not an emergency vet. I was prepared to take her to the local ER when I thought wait, let's call Silver Springs. They got me in just a few hours later! Turns out the little turd just had an upset belly and was straining to not pee. They were able to do imaging, blood work, the whole 9 yards. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. Love them!

I was very pleased with the care of my kittens received while getting spayed the other day. The staff explained everything that would happen and all the after care thoroughly.

Dr Yoder is the worst Doctor ever. He is not caring disrespectful, cuts you short. He has dirty fingernails that are so gross. If you love your pet please do not go to this doctor. He is the owner of the place. That's even worse. He slammed the door in the room after he took my dog. I said I might go out and talk to my husband he told me I can stay out there. When I finally got to go back in he told me about the prescriptions. In the middle of me talking to tell him I still have the antibiotics from last time he told me he didn't have time for this and walked away. Also in the beginning of the visit he says I have to do a checkup I said he just had one two weeks ago. He said I don't trust the other doctors, well then why did he hire them in the office? He said I don't have time for this. What??? And I paid for this visit. He is a piece of s*** that's the only way I can say it it's sad. Also it's amazing the rest of the staff that I had contact with I have to say are caring and great... This man needs to stop practicing and maybe lock himself in a room as an administrator... Sadly I feel he would not do well there either.

Covid or not it was probably the worst experience I ever had with taking a pet to the vet. So even before getting there when I made the appointment I wasn't told I wouldn't be able to go inside with my pet if I knew that I wouldn't of taken her there... considering my three teenagers I call them but there my teenage kittens that I took to a different vet last week let me my husband and my daughter in ..also my other cats were diagnosed with ear mites... contagious for cats. Instead of getting me a treatment for her they claimed she didn't have ear mites just itchy ears and charged me 30 dollars for drops that are not going to correct the problem and probably keep my other cats sick because there together 24/7 if my other cats have it sorry your not going to tell me she doesn't. On top of that the whole point of her appointment was to get her shots and to get everything ready for her spay next week. Welp 150.00 bucks later no shots they got me no information on microchipping that I asked for either today or next week during the spay I guess they just assumed I could read there minds with that decision. Then I get the paperwork... her weight says 0.... her color isn't what I told them and they never even asked if they could switch all that around then instead of the same person bringing me my pet it was someone else who had to call me first and ask what car I drove not my name nothing. For all I know they could of handed my cat to the wrong person. And when the vet called me from the office to tell me about my cat the phone call was 2 minutes... but you had her in there for almost 35 and the best you could give me was two minutes. I need my cat spayed by the end of the month so there lucky to get my money from that but I will never go there again and will never recommend them. Cause guess what apparently they can't spay without the shots utter chaos in there I guess

A heartfelt thanks to Kim, Dr. Hann and Kari for their compassion at a time when I needed it most. With a broken heart I had to euthanize my precious "Maci" today. I called this morning and they got me in very quickly. From the time I arrived until the time she took her last breath, there was nothing they wouldn't do to make such a horrible thing as painless for me as possible. They didn't rush me and with all the support anyone could only hope for...I felt reassured that I was doing the right thing. There is no doubt that they understand grief and are able to extend kindness at a time that is devastating to face. Thank you so much!!

Took my Lovebird to Dr. Hann on a recommendation. I had just went to another vet 4 weeks earlier for surgery on her, she was eggbound and very Ill. Thankfully she survived first surgery and then I noticed her abdomen swollen again. Dr Hann diagnosed an infection and she spent a week on antibiotics. I brought her back today, she seems back to her old self. I would return there with my birds with any further issues

Took my girl Dane to get spayed here today. First time here,Trying to save some money on a spay. The techs were pleasant, though, obviously in a rush. When I arrived to pick my girl up, I had to wait around 45 minutes. My time is meaningless, but my poor dog is in the back with another Great Dane who is constantly barking. Their cages were about 2 inches apart with a improved sheet hung over the side of one. The vet barely greeted me, and then spent all of 30 seconds in the room with me. Will not return. One good thing is they clipped her nails while she was out

If I could give this vets office 0 star review I would! Rude stuff, horrible customer service, nobody knows what they are doing and the prices are ridiculous. The staff are very pushy with products. They almost overdosed my puppy with antibiotics.. they have me a liquid originally and wanted to me the same med in a pill form. They wanted me to throw out liquid and buy pill form after I already paid for liquid and have been using it for a few days.
