Stopped by to 'find' the right type/color of paint from a project from 4 years ago...which we have used up and didn't have any info on. An AMAZING employee called another SW store, found our paint color and made a perfect match so we can touch up some areas from a previous job. So thankful for kind and helpful people like I interacted with today. That is one of the reasons we buy our paint from Sherwin Williams!!

I was in tonight to purchase paint for my contractor that is remodeling my bathroom. I handed the guy working a list of what I needed not knowing anything about anything on the list and he helped me pick out what products to get and then carried it all to my car. He was so friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service.

Not sure the name of the gentleman that helped me on Saturday at 4:30pm (mind...this is 30 minutes before closing). But a couple of notes here. Pay that guy more. Give him some time off. Promote him. Send him to Sherwin Williams corporate as an example of what is right. I came in the store with my two kiddos. This guy awesome. Very helpful. He even helped bring the three cans of paint out to the car and held the door for me because he could see my hands were full. Uncommonly good professionalism. Very nice guy! Thank you for setting the standard.

Zack is very unfriendly and just plain rude. It is painfully obvious that he hates his job and helping customers. This is not an inexpensive paint store and yet the level of service and knowledge at this location is what you expect to receive at a big box hardware store. Correction, I have actually received better service at HD and Lowe’s.When asked what undertones were added to a Greek White paint sample he would not answer and just stated it’s white. How had is it to look up that is a white with pink undertones or yellow undertones, etc.He also doesn’t seem to understand that when a customer walks into the store you greet them and maybe even offer assistance. The customer shouldn’t feel as if they are bothering you and forcing you to assist them. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this location and as one other person stated I may even start purchasing paint at True Value. Just can’t believe this person is a store manager.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well organized and has plenty of tools in stock. Always a good experience buying paint here.
