*UPDATE* THE SO CALLED OWNER RESPONSE IS A CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU INTO THINKING THEY CARE OR MADE ANYTHING RIGHT. I WASTED ANOTHER 18 MINUTES OF MY LIFE REPORTING TO THEM THE INCIDENT AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER HALF THE LENGHT OF THE 18 MINUTE CALL.
Worst sheetz, 1st and last time at this location. I Ordered food and when they called my number I noticed they put my frys in sideways. they fell out in the bag and the grease soaked the side of the bag (to the point you could poke a hole through with your funger). I asked for my money back for my order. the acting store manager proceed to issue me a refund in cash, and tried to just give me 4 dollars of the 14 owned. Also the "manager" wouldn't give me back my original receipt or one showing the returned order.
The incompetence is flowing all throughout the store, be careful not to step in it if you visit.

Doesn’t matter what time of the day the staff here will most of the time suck horrible if you order anything hot and you actually get your food hot go buy a lottery you are one of the lucky ones this sheetz is one of the worst ones in the area go some where else or good luck hope they don’t screw your orders up

Mto keeps going up in price, items get smaller, should call them baby shmuffins. Ordered a ham egg and cheese, ended up eating an egg and cheese. Forgot to put ham on it.

The employees are afraid of sauce apparently. They put almost no barbecue sauce on my boneless wings and I paid 70¢ for a single cup of ranch... This location consistently forgets sauces and sides. The other Sheetz a mile away is much more consistent.

I’d love to give Sheetz a 5/5 because we haven’t had a bad customer service experience at any of the locations. I can’t though. I usually order the same thing, a turkey sub, every time I go. Location doesn’t matter. While the sub is always different quality depending on the store and who makes it, this one left me speechless.Maybe it’s the new subflatbread? Flatbreadsub? Turkey sub pizza? I can’t quite tell, honestly. Whatever it is, it’s weird and only mildly resembles the Turkey sub I ordered.Please stop smashing food, Sheetz.

Rude people!! Wouldn't help me with a problem and would not give me customer service number. Sitting out in the parking lot trying to get a number for service and can not get one.

Ordered a steak burrito when I got it and took a bite they put chicken and steak in it and I dont eat chicken like that. Every sheetz I try lately just doesn't get my order right no matter what I order. Guess I'm over trying sheetz. Don't recommend

The Sheetz was a great place to stop for a bite to eat. The food was delicious, the bathrooms were clean, and there was even electric vehicle charging in the parking lot. I pulled into the Sheetz and parked my car. I went inside and ordered a burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy and delicious. I washed it all down with a cold soda. After I finished eating, I went to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I was glad to see that Sheetz took pride in their facilities. I went back to my car and plugged it in to the electric vehicle charging station. I sat back and relaxed while my car charged. I was glad that Sheetz offered this service. It made it easy for me to travel long distances in my electric car. I spent a few hours at the Sheetz. I ate, used the bathroom, and charged my car. I was very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend Sheetz to anyone looking for a great place to stop for a bite to eat.

Grabbed a tea and 2 cups to share with someone and and employee comes up to me giving me a problem about having 2 cups. Terrible customer service
