Ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and the cheese bites under the late night deals. I needed yo receiving cheese bites and a pretzel. I understand the feel of the contents maybe similar when 10+ people are waiting patiently for food but I waited for 15 minutes to receive the wrong order… why…

Stopped in at this specific location. I ordered a salted pretzel along with a large smoothie. Smoothie was clearly not done right? Like WTH is this? Then I get home, open my pretzel up and it has NO salt! Your employees need RETRAINED!!

So inconsistent. I order the same thing the same way quite often because i enjoy it. A breakfast burrito is pretty simple and the order tells you what to put. Hows the dude say i put the nacho cheese all over and there was the tiniest amount it wasnt even funny. How do you have employees making peoples food that are not capable of doing it correctly?

I ordered a 3 pk of hamburger sliders today 10/31. Couldn't eat them because the meat was tough, like it had been microwaved too long. Called the store a few times and no one answered. I should be reimbursed. That's why I was trying to call.

I ordered Macho nachos through delivery and what was support to be chips chili cheese lettuce and sour cream. Turned out to be chips lettuce and sour cream. Like are you serious?

It's kind of disgusting that you have to wait 25 minutes for food when it was a non-busy day. I had to wait that long for my food. The wings I ordered were burnt and the Curly Fryz were burnt too. I will never buy anything from that store again. I still don't understand why the food was so late when there were three employees in the kitchen.

Thoroughly disgusted with the staff. We stopped to use their air pump today and it was obviously not working properly. Instead of putting air in, it took air out of our tire. We were forced to call AAA to get air put in our tire so we could finish our 90 minute drive home. Unfortunately we weren’t the only ones this happened to. We tried warning others so the same thing wouldn’t happen to them. We notified the staff asking if they could put a sign on the machine. The response was “oh that happens when it’s cold”. Hopefully others won’t be inconvenienced like we were.
