Took my Tiguan in for the standard 40K maintenance today and had a great experience! I booked within 24 hours online and the folks I spoke with were all really nice and friendly. They also said they'd try to get it done within my requested timeframe and delivered on it.

2019 Jetta gli autobahn, 21xxx miles and the check engine light is on. Dealership rips people off,customer service was terrible and all they want out of you is more money not a good and smooth experience... zero stars if that were possible
