I ended up selling my car in another state to avoid taxes, but I have to recommend Faulkner and specifically, Scott, who was responsive and helpful, followed up with me regularly, but was not nagging, helping me get the best value for my car. If you have a great vehicle with low miles and luxury features, they will offer top dollar, I got the best offer from Faulkner and would recommend their service and their vehicle quality.

Just called Faulkner Cadillac today because they finished repairing my vehicle on Friday. Saturday the car starts smoking and I popped the hood to notice a major oil leak. At the top of the engine and at the bottom. So I return the car to the dealership. That evening after closing. I waited until Monday morning, today. to give service a call I get advisor John the same advisor that told me that he could not place me into a loaner when my vehicle originally arrived. After speaking to Dave jones. He got me into a loaner (thanks).I informed John that if he couldn't fix the car today that I would need a loaner. I work daily. And being stranded is not a option. He then lies to me again and tells me that the vehicle that I had before was gone. He did not know that I stop over today after work at 6:30am and seen the vehicle I had, parked right behind my car. I don't know what this guy has against me but I'm started to see his colors for what they are. I honestly miss Gaige working there. He always put the customer first regardless of who you were and what you looked like. I work for Hershey and i won't be recommending them to purchase a Cadillac from here. I had every intention of removing my first negative review based off of Mr jones. But like I'm told at work because I have to answer to someone as well 1 person can effect us as a whole. And the lying just doesn't sit well with me.

They got my Cadillac Escalade in and out for service , but repairs seemed on the expensive side. I appreciated the loaner car while mine was getting worked on.

I drove a 250 mile round trip to test drive a used vehicle on their lot. They knew I was coming because I had discussed it on the phone with Erica. Nothing was said about the fact that the car had not been through their shop until I got there. It was not ready to sell on a Cadillac Dealer lot, and that's okay too, but expectations are what they are. When I arrived Erica greeted me, sort of, and handed me off to Candy, a grown woman who dressed like a sleazy college student. (Pictures available, but her mother would be embarrassed if I posted them.) I test drove the car and discovered a pretty bad transmission/engine shudder at idle. Candy said she would have it checked out and get back to me about that and . She never did. Several days later I texted, only to find out that the car sold. I understand that's what they are in business for, but I am baffled by the near total lack of communication and apparent lack of interest. It's a leap to judge the entire operation on two people; however, I can tell you that I have absolutely no interest in returning to that dealership. For anything.

I don't recommend their service. We were taken for thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. if you refuse their recommendations, it appears they have pre-identified one item as a safety issue, requiring immediate attention. Subsequently, two friends shared similar stories....One of the friends took their vehicle to their local mechanic who confirmed there were no issues with the identified items. The mechanic had heard similar stories with Faulkner's service tactics...

Traveling through Harrisburg to Ocean City. Notice one tire slow leak. Called Faulkner Service. Dean said bring in in one hour. Also due for oil & filter. Could have said needed new tire-how would we know? Plugged tire, oil & filters. Checked over so no more problems. 2 hours on the road. Thanks Faulkner's. Thanks Dean. 5 star

Overall this place is a pleasure to do business with. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that started out with a few hiccups, however the lovely staff was quick to remedy them. Everyone I dealt with were consummate professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Faulkner Cadillac recently purchased my 2013 Cadillac ATS and I had to share how great it was to work with the sales manager, Kirk. You would think that at a dealership their focus is only to sell vehicles, but the sales team was able to walk me through how important it is for them to find good, local vehicles from customers who are open to selling their own. If you are looking for great experience, go to Faulkner Cadillac of Mechanicsburg!

I am giving this a 5 star review due to the fact I got my oil changed on my 2008 Cadillac CTS4 today, they gave me an estimate of 45 minutes and they were true to their word. They washed my car up and sent me on my way. The cleanliness of this dealership is unmatched, I didn't see a spec of dust in sight. Staff were very welcoming. Will do business again

If you are looking for a used car stay as far away from this place as possible. They must have the worst mechanics in the world checking these vehicles out.... You have been warned
