My dog was very nervous upon arrival. After being treated by the staff he was happy and greeting everyone. Which showed me that he was with a great group of people. He was diagnosed with a UTI and unfortunately developed complications overnight. I brought him back in the next morning where he was treated and is now doing great. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would bring him back here again in an emergency.

I had to bring my dog in to Rossmoyne this morning because she was showing symptoms of a UTI. Every member of the staff there was exceptionally kind and very helpful from the second we arrived. She was seen by Dr. Millington and he made sure we understood everything they were checking into and what the results meant. After several tests, it was determined that she did have a UTI and we were given the proper medication to take care of her. We so appreciated being made to feel comfortable and less nervous while being concerned about our pup. If you ever need to bring your pet in for emergency care, I’m confident you’d find the best at Rossmoyne.

We brought in a stray kitten with an abscessed foot. Everyone was incredibly kind, thorough, and transparent. I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you!

My cat was seen and treated right away. Staff was friendly and professional. Explained treatment options and costs thoroughly. I had to travel about an hour to get to the clinic but would gladly take my animals there.in the future when my regular vet is not available.

I actually wish I could give this place zero stars. My cat was in a very fragile state and needed hydration stat, and I was told by a very rude receptionist with absolutely no empathy whatsoever that they were on a complete pause and not taking anyone else at that time, and I could fill out paperwork and come back later. As understanding as I am that weekends are stressful for emergency animal centers, Rossmoyne's biggest problem was the heartless front desk lady who clearly shouldn't be in that profession. They're definitely never getting any of my business with any of my animals in the future. And to anyone out there with an animal emergency, I advise going literally anywhere else.

In our time of crisis and need to send our dear Harley over the rainbow bridge when no one else was open and no mobile vets would come our way, Rossmoyne staff were there for us. I was willing to beg anyone to help us this Sunday morning when our girl took a turn for the worse. Although they were extremely busy- they said they would help us. This was the first time we had ever had to experience this pain and the entire team was so kind. The last thing we wanted was to have our Harley die in an office and not at home- but when push came to shove, the wonderful people at Rossmoyne helped us through it all to give our girl dignity and grace. I cannot express how thankful my family and I are to them. We will never forget their kindness and love.

Dr. Millington and staff were very compassionate and took their time to explain everything related to our Henry’s care. The team was accommodating as to the wait time and to our Henry’s needs. We arrived very stressed but as we were there we felt a bit relieved and confident Henry was receiving the best care. We are truly appreciative to Dr. Millington and his associates.

They were amazing with my dog Bailey and I! They offered me coffee, hot tea or water that was so kind especially when you leave the house in a hurry and can’t stop because it’s an emergency. The vet actually listened to me when I told them my dog was previously diagnosed with pancreatitis…. When it flares up she can be very ill and needs medication. We only waited in the waiting room 3minutes. Total time there was about 2 hours but they were very thorough.

Worst experience ever! Our dog had a good life and was ready to move on. This place was the worst! They made us feel bad about our decisions and we didn't care enough. After a lot of $$$ and tears we paid for their "professional advice". Our sweet dog passed away a week later. Thanks for the guilt trip.

Brought my dog in for diarhea along with a stool sample. The vet who came in started running through a list of things she was going to do and constantly saying it would be on the estimate that I would have to sign. Bloodwork, xrays, stool samples. All those things needed to be sent to a lab and results wouldn't be in until the business week. I asked her why she couldn't at least look at her stool sample. She said she could do that but would have to charge me twice! I calmly said that it seemed like she was more concerned with giving me a big bill than actually telling me what she could do to help my dog in the meantime. She took that poorly and as she walked out, said that she would have told me what she could do in the meantime to help my dog but the estimate needed signed! What vet does that??!! And how can they call themselves an emergency clinic if they have no means of checking blood or stool samples? I took her to another emergency vet who drew blood AND checked her stool. He diagnosed it, gave me pills for her and today, she seems much better. I'd pay any amount to keep my dog healthy but Rossmoyne clearly doesn't care about an animal's well-being, only what they can rack up on a bill.

Brought my 7 year old calico in and was nothing but impressed with how friendly the staff is, the cleanliness of the office, and the reasonable fees. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of emergency pet service.
