After a very poor experience with a different location, Angelina and her pharmacist (I believe Linda) did a phenomenal job to help me resolve my issue and help me moving forward. They were caring and empathetic to my situation. I planned to leave rite aid after my other experience, however Angelina and the team give me reason to stay and work with their location instead of another company.

Ang in the pharmacy was very helpful and friendly. The Pharmacist, Linda went out of her way to work with the doctor and insurance to get the prescription filled. I will be going back.

The pharmacist, Ang, at Rite Aid on 4957 Carlisle Pike went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out my Mom's diabetes testing device. The broken one was outdated, but Ang made sure the last one they had in stock worked with the lancets.
Thank you again, Ang, for all your care and compassion in figuring this out. Having a senior parent is hard enough but to have someone on your side like Ang made me not feel so alone!

I began using this location after my former Rite Aid location (Wertzville) closed. This review reflects the sum total of my six months at this location.
This location has been through several pharmacists- each has their strengths, but ALL were competent and genuinely invested in patient care.
I have an extensive med list that includes three controlled substances that help me manage the chronic pain I experience secondary to an autoimmune condition... but I'm acutely aware that at 37ish and with a disability thats invisible to the naked eye, the opportunity to be stereotyped as a drug seeker always exists (especially in this age of the opioid crisis). I have experienced that at other local pharmacies- NEVER at Rite Aid. From Tasha to Matt, two of the former pharmacists, to the two pharmacists on staff now- Linda and Meaghan- I have been treated with the utmost respect. They accommodate my special request (one generic versus another, as its easier to swallow), they have never made me feel uncomfortable or treated me with rudeness (I read some of these reviews and wonder what the other side of those stories are...), and both current pharmacists, Meaghan and Linda, have spoken with me like they GENUINELY care about helping me manage my condition on the whole so I can spend as much time as possible feeling human and participating in this world.
The techs have been mentioned in some of the other reviews, and I think as with any entry level retail position, you're going to get a range of personalities and abilities. My experience here has been that some of the (seemingly former) techs are just "okay"- they got the job done without the best bedside manner- to exceptional.
A recent interaction with the tech that has been mentioned in some other reviews, Teddy, is what prompted me to sit down to write this today. One of my medications has been difficult to get in due to national shortages- something totally outside the control of Rite Aid as a corporation and certainly outside the control of this location! Teddy took the time reach out to me to explain what is happening, what he could and couldn't do for me, what he anticipated moving forward, and what options I had. At the end of our conversation, I felt empowered to talk with my doctor to make informed decisions moving forward.
I will continue to use this Rite Aid location without concern of having an experience that parallels some of the negative reviews I've seen here. I think treating employees at the shops you frequent as *human beings*, not RoBoTs, goes a long way in terms of how you're treated in return. The staff gets a half hour lunch? Seems fair. Your doctor's office didn't send the script yet? That's definitely frustrating, but it isn't the fault of the pharmacy. Your medication needs prior authorization? Definitely a headache, but not something the pharmacist can change or expedite. The guy whining that he had to wait for his child's antibiotic to be made up fresh? Gee, how unreasonable that they ensured your child's medication was made properly while you waited a few minutes. I'm sure they couldn't just take the guy's word that his wife sent a prescription... there is probably a protocol they have to follow to find the incoming prescriptions. I think that reviewer may have mistaken the pharmacy for a fast food drive through- and those employees also deserve patience and respect. ;-)

i arrived after my wife, a physician, had called in amoxicillin in the morning …the receptionist told me twice that there was no record of the script. i asked a third time, to check the messages, and after some discussion only then between what i assume was the pharmacist and the receptionist, the record of the call was found. she then told me i would need to wait 15 minutes since they just found the script. Was not treated kindly for some reason either despite this error on their end. We had to relocate from a different rite aid where the pharmacists and staff were top notch. ill continue to search for a replacement.

Pharmacist was kind and patient, did everything she could to help us and keep my kiddos comfy during their immunization. Pharmacy tech was also incredibly helpful, kind, and patient in assisting with an insurance mix up. Wonderful staff throughout the store.

Never answer the phone. Slow as hell and very rude staff. Especially the guy with the multicolor hair. He always has an attitude problem. My dr sent in my pain meds and I can't get ahold of anyone to ask when they'd be ready. And I desperately need them. They need to step up their game!!
