Went for an airplane checked luggage worthy duffle bag and ended up with a slightly smaller Patagonia black hole bag. So cool in fact, I’m afraid it could be too tempting and get stolen. Love this co-op & network of stores.

I received outstanding customer service from Kristie in the shoe department of the Mechanicsburg,PA store. She was friendly, compassionate and extremely patient.I have Parkinson's and it's difficult for me to lace my sneakers. She put my custom made orthotics in all of the sneakers that I tried on and she also laced all of my sneakers. She is so kind and I so appreciate that.

Great used camping and outdoor supply store …. You could spend a lot of time browsing in here … they also have a nice selection of e bikes…. And all kinds of camping,biking,hiking , portable grills and more ….

This is now my go-to store for anything outdoors, I spent way too much time browsing around and buying things I have needed for my trail blazing activities. I could spend a whole day here alone learning new things from the expert sales team and finding something new and useful. Their membership is definitely worth getting, in my opinion. Christmas, bdays.....a gift card for this store will be what I ask for haha ? I'll be back!!! Thank you for being such an amazing store with such a huge selection!

My husband and I were there yesterday to purchase a few things. We haven't shopped at REI in over 15 years. The cashier, Jayleigh, was pushy and condescending. She tried to sell me on the membership and kept going on and on and on about it when I was clearly uncomforable and, frankly, needed to get home. When she finally stopped talking, I declined the offer and she acted suprised and annoyed and questioned me as if she was challenging me. I gave her my reason, that I simply wasn't interested at this time, and her response was a snide "Oh. Well, that's really disappointing." Excuse me??? The gentleman who talked to us about the bikes was very nice, but we likely won't be shopping here again if this is how the cashiers are allowed to treat people.

Great outdoor adventure store. They have all kinds of gear and almost anything you could need. I have gotten some of the best hiking pants I own from here. They have climbing, camping, backpacking, hiking, and all kinds of other gear.

Very well maintained store and nice and friendly staff. One stop shop for all outdoor accessories for Biking, Hiking, Kayaking and other activities. It is little expensive but for the quality i guess that's acceptable. Very knowledgeable staff and very well organized.
