Went to Regency Furniture awhile back and met Chris the GM, he was very kind and helpful. We came back a couple of days ago and Chris introduced us to Moises, he’s new but very knowledgeable. We couldn’t close a deal on the original piece of furniture we wanted but Moises offered me a deal on an alternate choice that I couldn’t refuse. I look forward to dealing with them for my future needs.

Joshua was phenomenal, the perfect salesman if I could I would definitely buy another couch from him. The sales manager was also great. Both very funny guys and gave me an amazing deal. 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend!!!! ????????

All the employees in this store are crazy and have no idea what they are dealing with.
3 months back we purchased all the home furnitures from Regency but not from this brach. We bought from Frederick MD branch and had to ship to Mechanicsburg PA, the reason behind the manage in this store had no idea about anything. He misguided us and after 3/4 hours we ended up with nothing and left the store.
Yesterday also we went to this store. I think the store is going to close. They advertise up to 90% save . But actually there was no discount.
Several times we asked how much is special discount for store closing, they were unable to say. We liked one sofa set , almost about to pay then the person told he said he offered wrong price that was not the actual cost. Really???? This is how Regency deal with customers?
I need to know as store closing what is the exact discount and who can guide us in this store properly?

Place says going out of business. Walk in and everything is expensive EVEN with a “so called discount” save your time and energy! Do not go here!

Store is well lit, clean, and the employees are helpful, specifically Ashley. I finally found a good deal on a frame and mattress after looking at two other stores.

Great experience. Furniture shopping is not easy because they almost never have what you want and there is always pressure from sales associates to buy something.
This store has great personnel and a great selection of both furniture and accessories. We were originally greeted by Ashley, she showed us around the store just allowing us to explore what furniture we needed and never felt pushed or compelled as a customer. We found a few items but needed to measure if they would fit in our space.
We went back the next day and worked with Damien and Chris, the manager, to purchase the exact furniture we wanted and we got a great price that I felt really proud of. The entire process was easy and I never felt pushed to get furniture I didn't want and priced very appropriately. Deb took care of our checkout and financing options and she was hilarious. This experience really set a standard for all future furniture purchases and I am glad I came into this store. I will be a repeat customer after this experience.

Came to Regency Furniture and was pleasantly surprised to find just what we needed.. Ashley took great care of us and pointed us in the right direction for a sofa and love seat that fit our needs... The process was seamless and then we were sent back to customer service and Ellen took great care of us finalizing the purchase and setting up the delivery and all the finishing details... Would for sure come back here and shop for future furniture purchases...

I just bought a couch and had great service! I had just left a different store after they only seemed interested in helping the 'couples' in the store. My husband wasn't able to go with me. Not should he have needed to! I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, walked into Regency and was quickly greeted by Skylar. He answered all of my questions and was professional the entire time. Will definitely go back again!

Between Deb and Chris…. These two are simply rock stars!!! They took their time finding us what we wanted and needed in a bed room set, mattress, recliner, coffee table and end tables. You need to shop there bottom line.

Overall great experience at this location alittle slow but I could see they were understaffed. The staff seems to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and are themselves really nice!.

Great experience at Regency Furniture in Mechanicsburg. Sales associate Ligeia Evans was extremely friendly and helpful, and the store manager Chris Gandry was very accommodating and responsive. Overall excellent customer service!
