Lady at the front doesn’t know how the bank system she works for works??. Told me if couldn’t cash my check and have it in my account right away then I cashed it at the atm and got my money right away. Terrible attitude from her too. I flexed on that bih at the end too????

The worst service ever not only here at every branch I have ever been to from DC to here. Employees always lack knowledge and don’t understand bank systems. Every time I deal with different employee they give me different answer. Do not create account here it is gonna be a nightmare for you.

I had a problem with a dealership that I was working with because they gave me a significantly high interest-rate that a college student would not afford, but fortunately enough, Stephanie was there in in the branch, and she hooked me up with almost half of that interest-rate she was extremely helpful she stayed after hours with me because I came 30 minutes before closing and we did not leave until she got my application submitted for the auto loan. The very next day i was approved.

They like to hold my money ?♂️. I deposited my Cheque and it was shown it’s on hold, after waiting more few days it’s still on hold ?♂️ ?. I needed to spend money on holiday but they holding my money saying it will available after few more days????

Bad customer service . I was explaining to Stephanie that the mobile banking wouldn't let me log in and said I had to put a one time pass code in . But the issue was I didn't have the phone number on file anymore to do so . Stephanie said she could do it but it wouldn't be updated for a few days . I explained to her that the Mobile app tried giving me a 1-888 number, she said actually it's a 1-800 number . No it's not . I basically hung up on her and wrote my review ! Wish I could give negative stars .

They lost a $26k check in their ATM. This after we went in at 9 AM during business hours only to learn that there was no teller. There were 7 other employees in the building, including a manager, and no one would be the teller. No one should ever bank with this place, the customer service is awful and the employees sound like spoiled brats who know corporate will protect them when you talk to them on the phone.

This branch use to be my favorite branch…not anymore. Came here because I was having a small issue with my debt card not letting me use it at gas pumps. The person at the front counter spoke HORRIBLE English and I had no idea what she was saying. She then handed me back my things and told me to wait for the office staff to come and help me. A group of 2 came in and sat down in front of me. One of the office ladies came out and completely skipped over me and assisted them. The woman out of the 2 had an appointment and the office lady couldn’t help them because she had a, “Meeting to attend to”. Doesn’t the customer come first?? She then came over and asked what I needed help with finally. Once I told her, she then replied the same thing and said someone MIGHT help me in 15-20 minutes. I worked a 10hr day at work, I’m not spending it sitting in a bank. They’re are understaffed, need people up front who can speak proper English and better customer service skills. Never coming back to this one again…

Bad service. Never comes back again, i call make appointments in morning before i go to work, i tell the guy come 9.00am morning if not i make other day , he say available i take that, he ask me name and phone i give to him , next day my wife come they check and say we don’t have appointment, my wife’s we have they service not nice ,the black man works there tell 9.45am is the first customer but not me , i call back aks why i have appointment but we don’t have , the ladies in phone say same like that , and after that she say the guy i call yesterday he family have emergency he can’t go at 9.00 , so stupid crazy., bad bad bad bad service
