Horrible horrible horrible, I’m not surprised that location is about to shutdown. From the branch banker KATHLEEN DODGE to teller’s unprofessional conduct and behavior disrespectful even after you scheduled for an appointment and you walk in no one will come to welcome you or to asked you a word and they’ll ignore you and call in whoever they feel like knowing they don’t have an appointment. You must be ashamed of yourselves.

I do not recommend this branch- ATM only and even then I do not feel secure with the main street exposure. I stopped in for some checks and was notified that I required an appointment to update my information- which is not true (it is much easier to call and update.) The teller line was quite slow and there was one lady stocking pens and printing just floating around. I later found out this was Kathie the lady I was supposed to be meeting with. I called the first time and a Susie picked up but upon explaining my situation she hung up on me. I called again and was connected to a helpful young lady who was able to update the information no problem and offered an efficient solution, as the initial experience should have been.

The PNC Bank located on Main Street Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania has been my bank for many years. On Thursday February 29 2024 I had an appointment with Christine to help me resolve issues on my account. Again and again I chose this bank and Christine.. She always helps put my mind at ease when I need assistance. Christine goes above and beyond to explain and get the problems completed accurately and timely. Thank you Christine and PNC Bank for your customer service and support for me . Many kudos!! ? ? ?

Customer service is seriously lacking at this branch. Spoke w/2 reps, than escalated to a manger, Greg. He was supposed to look into the issue and get back to me. 2 weeks passed, no follow up. Called back in, spoke w/Nissa who able to get the problem resolved overnight. Hence, the 3 stars, otherwise I would have given 1.

Happy to visit there. Rehana was having some difficulty to solve my problem, then Christine Eagan heard, so she came and helped to solve my work. Rehana and Branch Manager are very friendly and helpful!

Walked into the branch at 4:33 PM on a Friday and was refuse service to open a new account. I find that highly irregular for a bank you would think they want customers instead they’re more worried that they close at 5 o’clock. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. They never have any appointments available, I have had two experiences so far where they send us elsewhere to Camp Hill and Carlisle pike branch and never have appointments. Today is my third experience where I called them to open a business account but they still didn't have any appointments available so I am going to have to find another bank for quick service.

Most worse and horrible experience with their branch and the customer service over the phone! These folks are liars they tell you one thing over the phone and a different thing in person! I will NEVER open an account with them or recommend anyone I know to this awful establishment.

Destinè was super helpful! She even took the extra time to explain things to me about the mobile banking app that I hadn’t been aware of. Best PNC location I’ve been to!

This used to be my bank of choice. Friendly tellers and a local bank, but, since they have changed the hours and removed Saturday hours completely. I can no longer use their services.
