I can’t say enough good about this practice, and especially Dr. Vyas. I was a patient here quite a few years ago and ended up switching to a practice closer to my house. I recently returned to this practice and saw Dr. Vyas for the first time. He was excellent, listened to my concerns, and came up with a plan. Since my first visit with him, we communicated many times through the portal in the weeks following that appointment. He ordered some lab work and contacted me within a couple hours of the results coming back, with the results. He was prompt in getting me a referral to see a specialist. The nurse I saw was also wonderful, as well as the office staff. Looking forward to continue seeing Dr. Vyas. He has done so much more for me in just one appointment, than my current PCP had done for me in four years.

I had the worst doctor experience in my entire life. There was no bedside manner when it came to Kapil Pruthi. He basically said he didn’t know what was wrong and I should go to ER. His mannerisms were so off putting like I was the worst thing to happen to him. Then when he’s done he just walks out the door, no bye, no hope you feel better, no direction to the front office. Just leaves. I wanted to cry after leaving the office. I never felt more disrespected by a healthcare professional.

First doctors visit it many years. Dr. Viyas and his team helped me feel extremely at ease. The front office was of huge help after I was a bit queasy after a blood draw. Thank You all for making sure I was in good hands!

I go there every six months for a wellness check. It's a clean, well-lighted place with friendly efficient staff. Can't ask for much more. Recommended!

This office is so disorganized noone knows what is going on. I stood at the check in while three office ladies were carrying on and laughing about who knows what and when I finally am recognized as a patient and not a ghost they tell me I dont have an appointment until one of the ladies puts her cellphone down and checks the computer and magically found me. When I go to leave, again everyone has their heads down on their cell phones. My doctor here is good but the office is run by 10 year olds

Dr. Saha is wonderful but the office is so disorganized. They tried to give my daughter a vaccine she had already received, then told us they were out of the correct vaccine, then found it in what they said was the wrong refrigerator.Our baby had a life threatening reaction to that vaccine and spent 3 days in the hospital! Dr. Saha never returned our calls. The only response we received was from office staff saying they will update our daughter's medical records. We are so disappointed.

I am so thankful for Fisher Road Practice! The people at the front are very helpful. The MAs are friendly and talk to me like I'm a person, not just a set of vitals. And, Dr. Schwartz is just the BEST EVER! He is a wonderful doctor and a very caring and compassionate man! He never rushes through an appointment. He is patient and always takes time to really listen to me, understand me and talk WITH (not at) me. Before ending an appointment, he makes sure I don't have any questions and that I understand any changes in medication or anything else that we discussed during the appointment. I am blessed to have him as my doctor!

Have been going here for 25-30 years, my husband needed stitches and they had no interest in helping him told him to go to an Urgent Care facility.
