Last week or a week ago I got a racer snail and he died. So i come back today to get two new ones, I stand at the fish area while a lady helps another customer and then promptly get ignored while she walks away, puts everything away and turns off the fish tank lights.
I literally just wanted two snails and i’m leaving empty handed and having wasted at least 10 mins of my time.
Thanks for nothing petsmart! Great customer service you guys got there.
Oh and when i went to ask another employee for help they were using their cellphone on a call.

6416 Carlisle Pike #300, MechanicsburgHad issues with our former groomer (unreliable and kept cancelling our appointments) Petco had an appointment right away (As our dog was in desperate need of a cut) Nervous leaving her as she has separation anxiety and a rough past(rescue puppy) I can't say enough good things about Zach the groomer. Pleasant attitude, great at making our Khloe feel comfortable. He did an EXCELLENT job with her groom . When we went to pick her up she looked like a new dog! Will be using Petco and Zach going forward!!

From having a dog emergency early in the morning to them being able to treat my dog Finn in that morning even before hours.Was amazing and so kind, They are very caring even when we had a rainbow visit.
And treated all of our pets warmly. Currently , we have new kitten that was found by my daughter on a roadway and she was able to have them check it that very day for diseases and overall health, and our orange kitten, Josey Wales has nothing but nice things to say about the office as well. I recommend this animal hospital because they care and they do what they can to accommodate every situation.

5244 E Trindle Rd #3520, MechanicsburgWonderful care for my dog. Great Doctor and staff. Wish I knew about them years ago. They are half the cost of her previous vet which allows me to continue caring for my furbaby. Scheduled dental with them because they were $1,000 less than her previous vet.
I recommend them wholeheartedly. I feel like I've been blessed.

1424 S Market St, MechanicsburgMy wife has been fostering kittens for a couple years now. We have been lucky with our foster kittens, but this morning one of our new foster kittens was near death. Our adult cats are seen regularly at Winding Hill, so that was our first call. They were so understanding and gracious, and asked us to bring the kitten in right away. They were able to see the kitten immediately and treated her with such care and dignity. Even though the kitten could not be saved, the staff and doctor were thorough and provided the best care possible under the circumstances. And they did not make this visit a financial burden for us either. Top notch care without charging us an arm and a leg - GREAT veterinary practice in Mechanicsburg!

1810 Lambs Gap Rd, MechanicsburgOur dog loves Greenlin! She doesn't even turn back to look at us when we drop her off here. She just runs right to the staff and the door to enter the boarding area. We would prefer to take her with us when we travel but she does not enjoy being in public and she loves to visit Greenlin. It's a bit pricey but we know she is safe, well cared for and enjoying plenty of playtime.
