I’ve been with this company for 2,3 years now. My mother in law got the service and we got all our family to get the same service, a long with a ton of neighbors on Mexico road. They show no type of effort to Troubleshoot anything. This is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever received from any company. DO NOT go with this company. I’m actively looking for something else.

It's great when it works. When it doesn't work you are out of luck. If you have an issue, you will spend a lot of time unplugging and re-plugging the router because that is the only response you will receive from their tech department.I have spent months trying to resolve our extended outage issues. The response is always the same. "We see you are connected". Really?? Then why doesn't my Wi-Fi work? They have no idea. Then all of a sudden it starts working...After a few weeks the cycle starts over again. The most recent explanation is now our router needs to be replaced, at our cost because it's out of warranty. No problem, but I have no idea that's the real issue, because they won't do a service call when it's not working to diagnose the real problem. Think it's time for a new network.

PA.NET have by far the best prices on Internet! If we ever have a problem we call and they actually answer the phone and help us with any issues immediately!

This wifi company would be decent if they would show effort in fixing issues. I have had serious video game issues with the wifi for around 2 years now, and they say it is on my end. One question, how can it be on my end if we have replaced the router and it still is terrible? Also, you guys say it is my console. How can it be my console when it works at other peoples' homes. After months of trying to get this company to help, they gave up and never fixed it. In fact, they never even came out to try fixing it. I, myself, put tons of effort into trying to fix it and cannot figure it out. I have sent video evidence, and that does not seem to convince them of anything.

Rudest company I have ever dealt with. Can not change password or wifi name without their permission and giving them the password. Can not move router or even unplug or you will be without internet and need to call them. No weekend customer service or technical service. When you do get ahold of someone they talk down to you as if they are masterminds of internet service and you don't comprehend what a router is etc. Bill paying is like a portal transporting you back to the first computer. Great internet if you never need customer service but that won't happen.
