Took vehicle in to get inspected. Needed new tires. Reasonable pricing. They fit me in and did a good job. Did not try to oversell me on anything which is why I no longer do business at two other places. These guys did good by me. What more can I say.

I stopped in early Saturday morning for a rear tire repair. The gent I spoke to informed me that he had a limited crew and would possibly be able to have it for me later that afternoon. I let him know that I appreciated the offer but that would not work out for me today…. As I began to walk away he told me to get my car and bring it to the last bay and they would care for it immediately. In less than 10min they had effected the repair, called me over &&& would NOT allow me to pay for their amazing service. This was truly an example of making “Above&Beyond” your standard… bravo and thank you to the two gents I respectfully & appreciatively refer to as the ZZ Top Tire dudes… thank you Munro for having exemplary humans staffing your establishment

Was in PA for my daughters soccer tournament when I noticed my tire was flat and had a piece of metal in the tire . After putting some air in my tire at the gas station across the road. I called Monroe to see if they would be able to plug my tire in a timely manner. They were happy to take my car in and plug my tire as requested. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable servicemen.

Went into Monro as a last hope to get a puncture in my tire fixed 10 minutes before close and I was assisted with great care and a smile. Even filled all of my tires with air. Above and beyond, I will be returning.

Great service! Professional, knowledgeable and great communication. Very accommodating and flexible with time constraints. They also go the extra mile to help you, like replace the battery in your key fob.

Just lazy mechanics. Originally had a 5 star review, but they told me my car would be fine to drive 3 hours away and that my car battery was in good condition. When I got to my destination my battery died. Never coming back here again thanks!

They ripped my wheels nuts because they don’t choose the right size of socket. Mechanic was moving the impact wrench up and down right and left to destroy the wheel nuts. While I was talking they were screening loudly. It’s your decision
