I pre-paid for $10 car wash and was made to pay extra $3.41, not sure why. This is not the right way to do business, either correct your website pricing or at car wash.

This was by far the worst automatic car wash I have ever gotten. This did not get my car clean at all (windshield, rear window, doors, rocker panels, front grill...none of them were clean). I won't waste my money again.

The Mod Car Wash broke off my drivers side mirror cover. I told the workers and they stopped the car wash to retrieve the broken piece. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that MOD does not cover any damage resulted from using the car wash.
