Brought my sister to the metro on carlisle pike, for a new upgrade. The first time we went, no one was there during they're posted business hours. The second time we went, they didn't have the phone she wanted at that site. Instead of recommending she go to another site, they talked her into settling for a rebel. She tried it and hates it. Its not compatible with some of the apps on her old phone. We went back a few days later to return it but they wouldn't accept it. Worst experience I've ever had.

The phone service never worked for my spouse's Huawei phone. The manager Josue said the phone was compatible but the internet never worked from the moment we purchased the plan.We tried everything, factory reset the phone 3 times and added APN's, never worked. We called customer care when we couldn't get a hold of the manager to help us and they said the phone isn't compatible and to contact the store for a refund. When we contacted the store they said only the manager Josue can give us a refund. The manager agreed to meet us on a Saturday but when we showed up he wasn't there. We tried multiple times to resolve this but he kept dodging our calls and visits.Do yourself a favor and do not make any purchases at this franchise because in the end not even Metro customer care can help you get your money back!

Bought a phone here in February. Guy behind the counter was snippy and didn't explain anything. I asked for the Moto Stylus and he basically said no and gave me the A14. Went in for a "free phone" and left $170 poorer with a phone I didn't even want but at that point I was done with the whole interaction and I needed a phone. But now a few months later the UI and OS are crashing left and right, it's slow, and my biggest issue is I was looking for a phone with drawing capabilities for digital art which is why I wanted the stylus and this man had the audacity to say a dollar store stylus was the same thing. I've already stopped paying the bill and plan on going elsewhere to get what I actually wanted in the first place and I suggest you do the same. Waste of money and time.

They sat free phones but you have to get the highest plan and you have to get a case and screen protector.. You have no options... They are a rip off

There is a big and fat Puerto Rican lady she is so rude and such a nightmare that I will rather drive the other 12 miles just not to put up with her mess this store is terrible guys and it's cuz it this one woman makes it that way with her bad customer service she should get fired if she hates her job so much

The worst location ever. Store lady Paulina doesn’t know how to handle a customers. Waited in the line for hour! She doesn’t know how to take care of customers/multitask! She shouldn’t be working for retails at all

I had a hard time transferring my account from a different network to Metro, but the guys at this place were very patient and awesome; they were able to resolve the issue. Will always recommend them to other people 100%.

The staff was absolutely amazing when I went in with my mom to help her get her phone figured out. The previous employee who had set her new phone up (she has since been terminated) made some big mistakes that made calling and texting nearly impossible. When we came back in to have it figured out/fixed the staff was super helpful, explained everything that went wrong and what they were doing to fix it, and so patient and kind. Thank you so much ladies!!
