My daughter, me and her father are very happy with this center. My daughter has become more social.I was a little worried that she might have a speech delay, but after she came to the classroom with her teachers Miss Maxine and Miss Courtney, my daughter began to speak well. Her teachers make her happy everyday. Also Miss Nadia is very friendly and cheerful.Thank you so much.

I was told on the first day that my children attended that they are "too special needs " for their center and their staff is not equipped or trained to handle children like that. I advised the director I attached the IFSP and IEP for both of my kids AND made the AD aware of both boys needs during my enrollment process. Meanwhile, the director explained to me she has a degree in Special Education, not sure from where she got that from since I doubt that is part of their curriculum of how to treat children and/or families that have special needs children. I'm sure the PA Keys Stars program will be excited to read the email about this center and how they act towards children like mine.

I love KinderCare. The staff is professional and caring but the cost is outrageous. KinderCare is $400-$600 more a month than other local daycare centers.

If 10 stars were an option I would give it to them in a heartbeat. I have been a member of the KinderCare family for over 5 years at this point and have had my two daughters enrolled during that time. The staff at this center are magnificent, compassionate women (and a handful of kind men, too) who genuinely love and care about the children in their care. While, naturally, there is some turnaround (which is the industry standard in child care) the same core group of women cared for my 5 year old as an infant and are currently caring for my youngest who started at the center at 3 months old. I don't know what I would do without the support of the incredible staff here.

I couldn’t give this place an ounce of hate. Before KinderCare I was having trouble finding a right school for my (at the time) 3 year old son. Other places were not as clean, hands on, structured, caring, & all around just a great atmosphere like Kindercare is. He has been there for a year now & i’m thrilled to have found this daycare for him. Everything I lack or don’t have time helping him with they are right there for me with open arms. I seriously can’t thank them enough for realistically helping me raise my son & forming him into the best version of himself. I don’t think the teachers & staff get enough recognition for all the things they do for us. Covid-19 has really opened my eyes in a lot of ways. As a parent it has helped me learn things that I lack & needed to work on. I seriously don’t know what I would do without them by my side & in my sons life. Thanks for all you do ladies & gentlemen at kindercare !! Your help doesn’t go unnoticed !

We've been very happy with this center, after having our infant and toddler here for 4 months so far. The center is on the smaller side, so all of the teachers know each child, even if they're not in their class. Teachers actually seem happy here, which isn't like a childcare center our children were previously at. I think it really has to do with the director, which at this kindercare, Jen is great. She took over when we first started. She responds to emails very quickly, they aren't afriad to call and ask questions and is always so pleasant. The outdoor area is really nice, and the rooms are kept very tiddy and clean. They feed them their meals, and they are NOT just chicken fingers, etc. They are healthy and diverse... Chicken enchiladas, cucumbers and cheese for snack, etc.Only thing they could work on is adding a communication app to update on how each child's day is going. We get a paper at the end of the day stating it, but would be nice to know in real time. However, KinderCare Corp sent out an email and said they were working on implementing something for this year.

I commend this facility for taking 3 year olds that aren’t potty trained, that was a huge help. But our son was there for like 2 weeks. They called both parents on a Friday because he was crying and trying to leave the room for suggests on what to do to calm him down. Then the following Monday they demanded we pick him up because he wouldn’t stop trying to leave the room. I wouldn’t recommend it here because my son obviously didn’t receive any comforting care. He told me they would yell at him. This just wasn’t the way to handle a scared child in a new setting. We pulled him after that Monday. Also this was not his first daycare, so we aren’t sure what at this daycare made him feel so uneasy.

I love this daycare. I was at another local daycare and every time I walked into the preschool class, the kids were just watching a big screen with cartoons on it, like peppa pig! I went to get my other kid (same daycare) from the playground and no one knew where she was, she was hiding under the slide and crying. I also had my 4 year old at a private preschool where she was being bullied and when I brought it to their attention they told my kid that maybe she'll have a better day tomorrow... Kindercare is the complete opposite.. they know where my kids are and let me know as soon as I walk into their classrooms.. I hear the teachers acknowledge any conflicts between the kids as soon as they happen...my daughter once told me that she was sad (over a death in the family) and her teacher hugged her and stayed with her until she was okay... these are the big things to me.. the little things: they provide meals/snacks and the director worked with me to lower my weekly fees.

I will never ever take my child there again. Poor example of how to run a childcare center. The director didn’t even know my child wasn’t there at the school. Corporate had to address management for the embarrassment they caused They are very snooty my child was just a number. You couldn’t pay me to bring my son there. I would give 0 stars as the other reviews mentioned.
