Stopped by for what was suppose to be the first of many mattress stores for price comparison. We had Chris as our sales person and he is beyond knowledgeable. He took his time with us and explained everything. Based off of his customer service it ended up being our only stop. Thank you Chris for an amazing experience.

Do not trust this company, its salespeople in this store, or their district manager. Despite their “satisfaction guarantee”, they will mislead you and promise what they cannot deliver. We are at 4 months and counting (post-purchase) in our efforts to resolve their false promises. All they do at this point is refer to the fine print in their contract. The point of contention is simply an $80 over-promise from a salesperson on a $6,000 purchase. If a salesperson verbally assures you of your transaction details but the company won’t stand behind their salesperson’s offer and instead wants to charge you more than you agreed on, you should rethink shopping there and take your business where it will be appreciated and respected. There are just too many options for mattress companies to risk your hard earned money on this sketchy operation.

Christopher was fantastic. He worked within my husband and my short time frames to pick out the perfect mattress. He was very personable, polite and not pushy about making a sale. He was super knowledgeable about the store mattress selection and answered all our questions. I’d absolutely recommended this store for your mattress needs and definitely ask for Christopher.

Fantastic salesmen at the Mattress Warehouse on the Carlisle Pike!
It was a VERY hot day and we decided to go shopping for a new mattress and pillows. We walked and were greeted by Chris and Doug who apologized for the broken AC (completely out of their hands). They were patient and nice, so we stayed to see what was recommended based on the bed machine and picked out a mattress, base and pillows.
The pillows were perfect!!! My husband didn't snore once last night! ? I can't wait for mine to be delivered!
Several customers came in and walked right out due to how warm it was in there (92 degrees before we left). I hope management rectifies this soon for the sales reps and future customers. With this heat and humidity in the air, this could cause damage and/or mold to the floor models. Not good for those with severe allergies.
Doug and Chis - thank you for helping us pick out a mattress to fit our needs. We can't wait for delivery!!

My experience at the Mattress Warehouse in Mechanicsburg was nothing short of exceptional, despite the sweltering conditions due to a broken AC. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by knowledgeable staff who remained cool and collected throughout our numerous questions. Their dedication to ensuring we found the perfect mattress was evident from start to finish.
Despite the discomfort caused by the heat, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as customers. Their expertise was matched only by their patience as they guided us through various options, never once pressuring us to make a rushed decision.
Moreover, the atmosphere in the store was surprisingly pleasant despite the external circumstances. The staff's positive attitude and willingness to assist created a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience, which is rare to find these days.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Mattress Warehouse not only for their wide selection of quality mattresses but also for their outstanding customer service. They have certainly set a high standard in my book, and I will be returning for any future bedding needs.
