Craig was great! Did an awesome job at explaining the differences between the mattresses that we were interested in. Gave us a quick class on how to correctly use pillows to maintain a healthy posture while sleeping on our backs as well. He also left us alone to experience what the mattresses felt like and then asked us questions to help us narrow down to what actually worked for the both of us and we’re excited about the delivery of our Kingsdown! Came in and met John. He was friendly, informative, and overall just really nice to work with. Highly recommend coming to this store which has a nice selection and great staff if you're looking for a new bed.

Although my new mattress with adjustable base is waiting for the room to be ready, I am anticipating a heavenly experience. A good night’s sleep is important to me.
I explained this and more about my sleep habits and needs to Sonia, the associate that helped me find the right sleeping set up. She REALLY listened and used her expertise to guide me to right mattress for me. I am confident once I sleep on it,Sonia will be there if any questions arise.

I worked with Craig on swapping my mattress out.The mattress I had gotten was too firm(my mistake) and also i had purchased it at a different location .
So I tried new ones for a better fit. He's knowledgeable and is not going to suggest or sell you something you really don't need.
A good mattress is important because let's be honest,that's where you rest up to be able to be keep on keeping on.
Don't be afraid spending a little more on something that's WELL worth it!

John was very patient explaining and demonstrating multiple mattresses and their features. No pressure to make a decision, but we left and researched and went back and got a good deal on an adjustable mattress to meet our needs.
